现代城市体育设施建设与城市发展研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国体育事业的发展和综合国力的增强,我国城市体育设施迎来了一个建设高潮。一方面,现代体育和处于加速发展时期的城市对体育设施建设提出了新的要求,另一方面,体育设施建设特别是大型运动会体育设施建设已不仅仅是场馆单体的建设,而同城市建设和城市发展密切相关。北京2008年奥运会场馆设施的建设即是实例和佐证。城市体育设施建设与城市发展的互动,已成为一个值得认真研究的重要课题。本论文以我国城市为背景,在国内外基础资料研究和实地调研的基础上,以现代体育为导引,论述了现代体育设施建设与城市发展的关系,并结合实例,探索了我国城市体育设施建设特别是大型运动会体育设施建设与城市发展的互动及其具体表现。在以上理论研究和实例分析的基础上,提出了城市视角下的现代体育设施建设的策略和思路。国内以往对现代体育设施的研究偏重于单体场馆设施的研究,有关现代体育设施建设与城市发展的理论研究刚刚起步,成果还不多。本论文的研究成果可为丰富这方面的内容尽一点微薄之力,新的研究视角和研究思路将有助于我国城市体育设施建设的基础理论研究,同时可为我国以后的城市体育设施建设实践提供一些参考。全文共分为九个部分。绪论。论述了选题的背景和依据,研究的目的和意义,研究的内容和方法,研究的创新之处等。对国内外的相关研究进行了综述,建构了论文的整体框架,并对论文的格式作了说明。第一章体育与城市生活。本章首先界定了体育的概念与本质,接着描述了国内外体育特别是现代体育和奥林匹克运动的发展历程,分析了现代体育的三个主要组成部分以及各自特点,论述了现代体育与城市生活多方面的相互联系。第二章现代体育设施建设与城市发展。现代体育设施建设与城市发展之间究竟存在怎样的关系,这是本论文要研究的核心问题。本章首先明晰了体育设施、城市发展、城市化等重要概念,在此基础上,论述了现代体育设施建设与城市发展的互动关系,即一方面现代体育设施建设受限于城市发展,另一方面现代体育设施建设促进城市发展,特别是大型运动会体育设施建设对城市发展还有着明显的“催化”和推动作用。最后阐述了我国城市发展对现代体育设施建设的新要求。第三章大型运动会体育设施建设与城市建设。鉴于大型运动会体育设施建设与城市建设的密切关系,本章对此进行了重点研究。本章首先分析了大型运动会的概念和大型运动会对体育设施建设的要求,接着结合国内外实例,从城市规划布局、城市形态、城市基础设施建设、城市经济、城市科技等方面详细论述了大型运动会体育设施建设与城市建设的相互关系。第四章大型运动会体育设施的赛后利用与城市经营。大型运动会体育设施的赛后利用问题是社会各界十分关注的难题。本章论述了赛后利用和城市经营的概念,分析了我国体育设施赛后利用的现状和赛后利用不佳的原因,试图从城市经营角度探索大型运动会体育设施赛后利用的思路和运作方式。
【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of sports in China and enhancement of national strength, urban sports facilities are now in the high tide of construction. On the one hand, modern sports and cities which are in their acceleration period of development make many new demands for urban sports facilities’construction, On the other hand, the construction of sports facilities especially those that served for big games is not only the construction, but also closely tied with the cities’construction and development. The construction of projects for Beijing 2008 Olympic Game is an example and a proof. Therefore, it is necessary to research the relationship between urban sports facilities’construction and city development.Against the background of cities in China and based on the comparative study home and abroad, the paper, tries to analyses the relationship between urban sports facilities’construction and city development. Illustrated by related projects, the interaction between construction of urban sports facilities especially those that served for big games and city development is explored. Based on research above, the paper at last puts forward four tactics for modern sports facilities’construction from the city’s scope.Reviewing home research materials shows there are many researches focus only on sports building type study and few of researches on the relationship between urban sports facilities’construction and city development. So the dissertation, with new views and methods, will be helpful for the study in this field and construction practice of urban sports facilities in the future.The dissertation is composed of 9 parts with about 223 thousands words, 190 diagrams and photos. The chapters are as fellows:First of all, in the chapter of introduction, the paper introduces research background, aims, contents etc., summarizes the relative studies home and abroad, describes the whole frame of the paper and explains the arrangement of the paper.In the first chapter, the paper defines the concept of sports, analyses the history of sports home and abroad including Olympic movement, explores the composition of modern sports and its character and close relationship between sports and urban life. The relationship between the construction of modern sports facilities and city development is the key to the research. In chapter two, firstly, the paper clarifies the concepts of modern sports facilities, city development and urbanization etc., secondly, the paper explores the relationship between the construction of modern sports facilities and city development, and at last the paper points out some new demands for sports
