充气膜结构全过程分析和造型技术研究

【摘要】 首先对充气膜结构的研究发展状况及其基本性能特点作了较为详细的介绍,并对充气膜结构的非线性分析理论进行系统化分析。选取三结点常应变平面应力三角形膜单元,考虑其大变形、小应变几何非线性特征,采用更新Lagrange增量表达式,在充分考虑膜结构几何条件和物理条件的基础上,构造了充气膜结构的非线性有限元分析基本方程,给出相应的非线性方程组解法。 充气膜结构全过程分析包括找形分析、荷载分析和裁剪分析,相互联系、相互制约。找形分析必须首先假定合理的内压和初应力,分析后的形状必须满足建筑师对造型和使用功能上的要求。荷载分析要考察结构在各种可能的荷载作用下的工作性能以及结构是否能满足正常使用等要求。充气膜结构所承受主要外荷载是风荷载和雪荷载,在具体的计算过程中荷载值要根据所建场地的情况按荷载规范进行确定。裁剪分析是全过程分析中非常关键的一个环节,裁剪分析的准确与否直接关系到初始形态分析和受荷分析的真实性。该阶段分析如果不准确,那么在给定内压的作用下结构的形状就不符合初始形态分析所得的形状,受荷分析也就不能真实反应结构的受力性能。并对同一造型膜面采取不同的裁剪样式,通过比较选取最优裁剪样式,以提高裁剪精度。由此可见全过程分析三个阶段是相互影响、相互联系的,任意阶段出现问题都有可能导致整个分析过程的失败,因而针对该阶段出现问题做出相应的调整,直到满足要求为止。基于二维惯性理论对充气结构造型逐步充气过程进行理论分析研究,并进一步利用固体力学的薄膜无矩理论对充气结构造型进行了空间力学分析,最后通过程序对充气膜结构横断面在充气过程中逐步变化过程实时模拟。 充气造型技术是在空间曲面的基本理论基础上,首先建立若干简单充气造型单体,通过平移、旋转等空间解析几何手段,构造所需要的复杂造型轮廓。并利用空间解析几何和计算机仿真技术,将曲面离散为平面三角形,通过数据接口直接导入三角形单元及节点信息;并将相应参数域剖分,得到离散数据。通过包围盒法求交得到相贯线。在此基础上,结合平面布尔运算及空间实体布尔运算准则,运用点面特征法裁剪的消隐技术的实现。最终构造出理想的复杂充气仿真造型。利用Visal Basic程序,运用算例利用本文的充气造型相贯线生成技术和造型消隐技术,得到满意的造型曲面。
【Abstract】 It is introduced the research development and basic character of the pneumatic membrane structure at first. The pneumatic membrane structure’s no-linear analyse theory is systemically settled.Considered the no-linear character of the large-stress and small-strain,chosen three-point strain of plain stress triangle membrane unit triangle membrane unit and adopted the updating Lagrange increment expression, it is builded the no-linear finity unit analyse basic equation of pneumatic membrane structure at the base of geometry and physics conditions,given the solution of the equation group.The whole analysis process of pneumatic membrane structure includes the analysis of form-finding、 loading and cutting-pattern.The analysis of form-finding firstly assumes the reasonable inter-pression and original-stress,the analysed form fulfiling the architect’s request of the model and function. The analysis of loading reviews the working capability and normal using under all possible kinds of loading. Pneumatic membrane structure endure wind-load and snow-load those value ensured by the site according the loading criterion. The analysis of cutting-pattern is the key step of the whole analysis process of pneumatic membrane structure. It’s nicety relates the analysis facticity of the form-finding and loading.if the analysis ot cutting-pattern is not right,the form under inter-pression is not the same as the form of form-finding and structure capability is not truly respond under loading. Adopting different of cutting-pattern of the same membrane,it is chosen the best of cutting-pattern by compared for improving the cutting-precision.From this,the three phase affects and contacts each other.Little wrong of the whole analysis process can lead the false of the analysis.So,It is adjusted the wrong in the process of the analysis,until fulfiling the request. At the base of two-dimension inertia theory, it is analysed the puff process of pneumatic model; with membrane no-quadrature theory, it is analysed space mechanics of pneumatic membrane structure. At last, the changing transent of it step by step at the process of puff is simulated by programe.Pneumatic membrane model technology is built at the theory of space plain, firstly setting up some simpleness pneumatic model monocase and handling the space analytic geometry means of flat-moving、 circumrotating to formatting the needing complex model figure.With the knowledge of space analytic geometry and computer imitate,the space plain is dispersed as plain triangle、 the information of triangle unit is put from meeting date and dissected the parameter to get the dispersed data.it is gotten the linked-line by the enclosed-box method.Combined plain
