【摘要】 从总体内容上看，本文分五大部分：第一大部分是研究产业链的内涵特性，包括第2章、第3章、第4章。主要内容是：在对已有产业链定义进行综合分析的基础上，提出了产业链的科学定义；提出了产业链的分类方法和命名方法；提出了产业链“内含链”的概念；创建了产业链“内含链”的结构模型；分析研究了产业链的静态特性、运动特性、动力特性、系统特性和生态特性。 第二大部分是研究产业链的形成机理，即本文的第5章。主要内容是：从理论视角对产业链形成的动因进行了考察分析；在此基础上提出了产业链形成机理的理论模型；从影响因素视角对产业链形成的动因进行了分析研究；从分工交易理论视角、链接理论视角、动力机制理论视角、“握手”理论视角研究了产业链的形成过程；提出了产业链形成机理的阈值模型。 第三大部分是研究产业链的功能效应和经济效益，包括第6章、第7章。主要内容是：提出了产业链功能效应的概念；从企业视角、产业视角和社会视角考察了产业链的功能效应；给出了产业链的增加值链、成本链、利润链的计算公式；提出了产业链剩余利润的概念，并推导出了产业链剩余利润的计算公式；提出了产业链经济效益的评价指标和评价方法。 第四大部分是研究产业链的组建提升及运行机制，包括第8章、第9章。主要内容是：提出了产业链的组建过程模型；提出了节点企业加盟产业链的一般方式；对产业链修缮的三种主要形式——产业链重构、产业链打造、产业链整合进行了比较研究；研究了产业链的运行机制；提出了产业链中间产品定价的公差带模型；创建了产业链运行机制模型和运行过程模型图。 第五大部分是产业链实证研究，即本文的第10章。本章以一汽集团汽车产业链为例，应用理论研究成果对其进行了实证研究。并对一汽集团汽车产业链的发展提出了政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industrial chain is displaying the indispensable function in the economical development. Therefore, the industrial chain question has received the government, the business community and the academic circles widespread attention in China. The domestic related industrial chain topic more and more were in recent years many, the related industrial chain article more and more were also many, however very were actually few to the industrial chain elementary theory research, the industrial chain elementary theory research was also in just starts the stage. To the industrial chain scientific connotation, the basic characteristic, form questions and so on mechanism, function effect, benefit appraisal, operational mechanism lack the system the research, some still was at the blank condition. According to author to industrial chain correlation literature material retrieval research confirmation, overseas concerned experts mainly all research value chain, supply chain question, but to industrial chain nearly nobody will ask. Therefore, the development industrial chain elementary theory research, regarding the rich consummation economic, the management science theory, the promotion industrial chain discipline will soon form has the important theory significance, will formulate the region industrial policy regarding the government, will adjust the industrial structure reasonably, the promotion industry promotion has the important practice significance.Firstly, introduced the topic - chosen background and its significance, taking a general overview about the present conditions of the international and national researches on industrial chain, introducing the basic contents and the basic methods of the thesis, elaborating the research and technical ideas of the thesis.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis to the existed definitions about the industrial chain, the scientific definition of the industrial chain was proposed.
