费用最低/收益最大条件下的工程项目动态进度优化研究

【摘要】 本文重点研究了工程项目建设期进度费用优化中资金的时间价值以及工程项目运营收益对项目建设期进度费用优化的影响。 在将时标网络应用于工程项目进度计划优化的基础上,本文首先将改进的新横道图与改进的遗传算法——激励遗传算法,应用于工程项目的静态进度费用优化,以求取项目具有最低静态费用的进度计划方案。 在考虑资金时间价值的基础上,研究了工程项目的动态进度费用优化,以求取项目具有最低费用现值的进度计划方案。论文根据不同的网络类型,采用合理的评价指标,从不同的优化主体(业主/承包商)角度,建立了系统的进度计划动态优化的数学模型,通过改进的遗传算法,求取项目具有最低动态费用的进度计划方案。 在动态进度费用优化的基础上,从项目业主角度,研究项目运营期收入对进度计划优化的影响,以项目全寿命周期的经济效益为目标,来进行项目的建设期优化。首先,就项目收益与建设工期之间的关系进行了分析与探讨,提出了几种可能的函数关系;然后建立相应的动态优化模型;通过改进的遗传算法,求取考虑运营期收益条件下项目合理的建设期。 将考虑运营期收益的项目建设期动态优化的思路拓展至特许经营项目,给出了特许经营项目项目周期的关系,建立了在一定的特许权期条件下,确定特许经营项目合理建设期的数学模型,并将改进的遗传算法应用于问题的解决;借鉴考虑运营期收益的项目建设期动态优化的思路,从项目承包商角度,分析了在有提前竣工奖励条件下的项目建设期进度计划的动态优化,给出了动态优化的数学模型,并提出了几种可能的奖励-工期函数关系。 论文最后得出考虑工程项目的运营期收益对项目进行整体动态优化的结果最为准确的结论。 本文研究了工程项目的静态进度费用优化、动态进度费用优化以及考虑运营期收益的建设期动态优化,其内容可以作为工程项目实施方案优选时的参考。

【Abstract】 The time value of capital in schedule cost optimization and the influence of the income of running period to schedule cost optimization of engineering project is mainly studied in this paper.On the basis of application of the time scale networks in schedule optimization, improved bar chart and improved GA is used in the statistic schedule cost optimization firstly, to obtain the schedule planning with minimum statistic cost.Secondly, the time value of capital is considered, the dynamic schedule cost optimization is researched in this paper. According to different networks, with reasonable index, dynamic models are set up systematically from different positions (owner/contractor); and the schedule planning with minimum dynamic cost is obtained through improved GA.Thirdly, with the consideration of the income of running period, the whole optimization is researched on the position of owner of construction projects. The relationship is analyzed between the income of running period and construction duration; then, the whole dynamic optimization model is set up; last, the schedule planning considering the income of running period is obtained through improved GA.With the reference to the whole optimization, authorized running project is researched: dynamic whole optimization model is set up on the basis of firm authorized running duration; improved GA is used to solve the problem with a case. Also, referring to the whole optimization, on the position of contractor, the dynamic whole optimization is studied on the condition of bonus for pre-completion: the dynamic whole optimization model is set up; the relationship between bonus and duration is discussed.In the end, the conclusion that the result of the whole dynamic optimization is the most accurate is drawn up.The statistic schedule cost optimization, the dynamic schedule cost optimization and the whole dynamic schedule planning optimization is researched in this paper, and the result of the paper can be referred when the construction planning is selected.
