【摘要】 农产品物流是以农业产出物为对象，通过农产品产后加工、包装、储存、运输和配送等物流环节，做到农产品保值增值，最终传递到消费者的过程。国际经验表明，系统、高效、完善的农产品物流体系是一国实现农业现代化及经济可持续发展的前提和重要保障。当前，我国滞后的农产品物流体系已经成为农业与农村经济增长的瓶颈，成为农业现代化发展的根本障碍。有鉴于此，我们试图通过对我国农产品物流体系的全面描述及分析，运用当前方兴未艾的物流学发展的新理论，系统构筑中国农产品现代物流体系，以期完善理论、指导实践。 本论文包括导言在内共七章。第一章导言，总括性介绍论文研究的目的与意义、方法与思路、内容框架及创新。第二章国际农产品物流的比较研究，着重分析国际农产品物流的经验，以及我国农产品物流在国际竞争中的优势和劣势，总结经验、寻找差距，为我国农产品现代物流产业的发展提供经验实证的支撑。第三章第三方物流与农产品流通新模式，以发展农产品物流的必要性与可行性分析为前提，在全面把握和认识发展农产品第三方物流的优劣势基础上，阐释了WTO框架下，发展现代农产品第三方物流的战略构想。第四章农产品现代物流主体及其行为，分别从政府、企业、农村合作经济组织等多方面对农产品现代物流的影响进行比较分析，规范其组织形式及行为方式，构建合理、高效的主体结构体系。第五章农产品现代物流战略与供应链管理，以农产品物流管理与农产品供应链管理等相关基本概念的解释为前提，分析了农产品供应链的组织效率，提出并设计了农产品供应链整合的基本思路与方法，并以此为基础，系统阐释了农产品供应链绩效及绩效评价体系。第六章是讨论农产品现代物流整合及系统优化问题。第七章农产品现代物流产业发展的支撑体系构筑，分别从基础设施、管理水平、技术水平、物流主体和宏观环境等五个方面系统的构筑了中国农产品现代物流产业发展的支撑体系。论文可能实现的创新之处在于以下几个方面： 首先，提出了发展现代农产品第三方物流的战略构想。作为提供专业化、社会化服务的农产品第三方物流，其发展水平的高低直接影响到我国农产品现代物流产业的总体水平。尤其是在WTO框架下，国内农产品物流市场必将与国际市场连为一体，如何加快农产品流通新模式的形成，促进农产品第三方物流的快速发展，提高国际竞争力，已迫在眉睫。本论文以发展农产品物流的必要性与可行性分析为前提，在全面把握发展农产品第三方物流的优劣势基础上，阐释了WTO框架下，发展现代农产品第三方物流的战略构想。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the implementation of the household contract responsibility system, there has been an earth-shaking change in rural economy. The output of agricultural products has doubled and redoubled. By the late of 1990s, agricultural products had entered the phase of relative surplus instead of being shortage. In the course of this development appeared the new tough problems on agricultural, rural areas and farmers, such as the bad selling of agricultural products, and the slow growth of rural incomes, etc. Solving problems facing agricultural, rural areas and farmers becomes a top priority we have to confront. Currently, the lagging logistical system of agricultural products becomes the bottleneck of agricultural and rural development in our country. According to this situation, through thorough description and analysis of the logistical system, we would like to build up a modern logistical system of agricultural products.This paper is constituted by seven chapters, including the introduction. Chapter 1: Introduction; Chapter 2: Comparative research on international agriculture-product logistics; Chapter 3: The third party logistics (3PL) and the new mode of agriculture-product logistics; Chapter 4: The subject and its behavior of modern agriculture-product logistics; Chapter 5: Strategy of modern agriculture-product logistics and supply chain management; Chapter 6: Optimization of logistical system of agricultural products; Chapter 7: Supportive system for the development of agriculture-product logistics. This paper might be innovative in the following three aspects:In the first place, this paper brings forward a strategic conception for developing the third party logistics. Based on the analyses on both the necessity and feasibility of developing agriculture-product logistics, and roundly grasping the advantages and disadvantages of 3PL, this paper develops the strategic conception for developing 3PL in the frame of WTO.Secondly, this paper illustrates the efficiency and its evaluative system of the agriculture-product supply chain. Based upon the basic definitions and explanations of agriculture-product logistics and supply chain management, this paper, analyzes the organizational efficiency of the supply chain, renders and designs the rudimentary thoughts and methods of integrating the supply chain, and systematically explains the efficiency and its evaluative system of the agriculture-product supply chain.更多还原
