【摘要】 在全球化时代,东南亚经济发展呈现出新的格局和趋势。在此背景下,本文借鉴和运用经济全球化与区域经济一体化理论及其方法,以全球化下东南亚经济发展的历史进程为主线,以东南亚的贸易自由化、金融国际化、生产一体化、经济区域化为重点,对当代经济全球化与东南亚经济发展进行历史考察和综合研究,探索全球化进程中东南亚经济的基本特征和发展趋势。全文分7章,约16万字。第一章,导论。介绍论文研究的主题、当代经济全球化理论、国内外文献以及论文研究的框架。第二章,阐述经济全球化与东南亚经济发展。伴随着经济全球化的进程,东南亚经济发展经历了不同的历史时期。各国既经历了参与经济全球化所带来的发展机遇,也遭受到经济全球化而引发的巨大冲击。作为参与全球化程度较高的发展中国家,经济全球化对东南亚国家的经济发展产生愈益重要的影响。第三章,探讨全球化下东南亚的贸易自由化。战后,贸易自由化成为经济全球化的基础和先导。随着全球性和区域性贸易自由化浪潮,东南亚加快了贸易自由化步伐,各国的货物贸易和服务自由化均取得新进展,它推动了东南亚进出口贸易规模的扩大和结构的变化,而对外贸易的增长又成为经济增长的引擎。第四章,论述全球化下东南亚的金融国际化。作为参与经济全球化进程的重要内容,东南亚国家金融深化的国际进程大大加快。90年代中期东南亚金融危机的爆发,显示出这些国家金融自由化改革的重大失误。此后,各国加快了银行金融体系的重组与改革,以应对金融国际化带来的机遇与挑战。第五章,分析全球化下东南亚的生产一体化。生产一体化是经济全球化的深刻表现,跨国公司是经济全球化的载体。随着国际直接投资和跨国公司的涌入,东南亚国家的国际化生产得以迅速发展。跨国公司在东南亚的投资与经营,对各国的生产流程、对外贸易、劳动就业以及技术进步均产生重要的影响。第六章,综论全球化下东南亚的经济区域化。当今世界,区域经济一体化成为全球经济发展中最重要的特征之一。伴随着经济全球化和区域化的时代浪潮,更多还原

【Abstract】 In globalization era, the development of Southeast Asian economy appears new patterns and trends. In this background, this dissertation applies historical investigation and comprehensive research on the contemporary economic globalization and the development of Southeast Asian economy, and explores the essential features and development trends of Southeast Asian economy in the globalization process. The dissertation refers and applies theories and methods of economic globalization and regional economic integration. The order of the research follows the historical process of Southeast Asian economy in the background of globalization. Its research focuses on trade liberalization, financial internationalization, Production integration and Economic Regionalization of Southeast Asian. The dissertation includes 7 chapters and about 160,000 words.Chapter one is an introduction of the research topic, theories of the contemporary economic globalization, Chinese and foreign relevant literatures and the framework of this research.Chapter two is mainly discussing economic globalization and Southeast Asian economic development. With the processing of economic globalization, Southeast Asian economic development experience different periods. Economic globalization brings the opportunity and challenge to Southeast Asian countries. As developing countries participating in globalization with higher degree, Southeast Asian countries` economy is facing to more and more impact imposed by economic globalization. Chapter three explores the trade liberalization of Southeast Asia in the background of globalization. Trade liberalization has become the basic and guide of economic globalization since World War Two. And in this background, Southeast Asian countries have quickened the step of trade liberalization.Chapter four disserts the financial internationalization of Southeast Asia in the background of globalization. As an important part in participating in globalization, the process of financial deepening in Southeast Asian countries is accelerating greatly.The eruption of the financial crisis in the middle of 1990s, uncovered the awful mistakes in these countries’financial reforms.
