【摘要】 生态环境是人类生存、发展的基础，生态环境建设是社会、经济发展的前提和保障。而生态环境功能的退化、生态环境质量的恶化，已成为我国许多地区生态环境的重大危机，严重制约区域的社会和经济的发展。生态环境既受自然规律的控制，也深受人类经济活动的影响。而生态环境综合信息图谱是在生态环境调查研究与动态监测的基础上，运用生态环境基础与动态数据库的大量数字信息，经过图形思维的抽象概括，并以计算机多维动态可视化技术，显示生态环境及其各要素空间形态结构与时空变化规律的一种方法与手段。本文以福建省的生态环境作为研究对象，在理论研究的基础上，从地学信息图谱的角度，论述了生态环境综合信息图谱的基本特点，并提出了福建省生态环境综合信息图谱的分类方案及其指标体系；在生态环境综合评价中引入地学信息图谱的方法，构建福建省生态环境综合评价信息图谱；进而提出了生态环境综合信息图谱数据库的概念，从图谱数据库的设计、管理模式、数据分析与处理，到数据库的建立等方面进行了论述，并初步建立了福建省生态环境综合信息图谱数据库系统。具体包括如下内容： (1)在理论上，借鉴其它学科的图谱成果，进一步归纳、总结和完善地学信息图谱的理论体系，提出生态环境综合信息图谱构建的理论基础及其设计和提炼的基本方法。 (2)根据生态环境信息的特点，讨论了生态环境信息获取和处理的主要方法。在对福建省生态环境深入了解和分析的基础上，提出了福建省生态环境综合信息图谱的分类系统及其指标体系，并以此为基础构建综合信息图谱。 (3)生态环境有序的发展迫切需要大量的地学信息数据，地学信息图谱概念的引入及其与生态环境的结合，将使生态环境的发展得到更多更好的数据、信息及基础理论支撑。将地学信息图谱的方法用于生态环境综合评价，构建区域生态环境综合评价信息图谱模型，实现多维、虚拟地显示生态环境质量演化的规律，能够直观地反映生态环境质量状况和等级状况，揭示区域生态环境的特征和规律。另一方面，更多还原

【Abstract】 Eco-environment is the foundation where human being lives and develops.The construction of eco-environment is the prerequisite and security for social and economic development. However the deterioration of its function and quality has become a serious crisis in eco-environmental field in China and has extremely restricted regional social and economic development. Eco-environment is not only predominated by nature law, but also greatly affected by economic activities of human being.Comprehensive information Tupu of eco-environment is a means based on eco-environment researches and dynamic monitoring with the use of eco-environmental basis and a host of digital information of dynamic database to summarize and to explain abstractly the laws of the spatial formation structure and time and space change of eco-environment and its relevant elements by the way of graphic thinking and multi-dimensional dynamic visualized technique of the computer.Taking eco-environment in Fujian province as an example and basing on theoretical studies , this thesis expounds the basic features of comprehensive information Tupu of eco-environment in Fujian province and its indicator system from the angle of Geo-information Tupu. With the help of Geo-Information Tupu in the comprehensive assessment of eco-environment and construction of the Tupu , it advances the concept of database of comprehensive information Tupu of eco-environment ,discusses the aspects of designing of Tupu database management model, analyzes and handles the data and the database conducted in Fujian province . The research areas are as follows:(1) Learning from the achievements in other disciplines , it theoretically further induces , summarizes and improves the theoretical system of Geo-information Tupu . It also puts forth the theoretical foundation of constructing comprehensive information Tupu of eco-environment and the basic methods of its designing and recovering .(2) In light of the features of eco-environmental information, it discusses the main methods of how to obtain and handle the eco-environment information .
