【摘要】 本文在分析虚拟煤机企业研究现状不足的基础上,以项目的研制为线索,综述了虚拟企业的相关理论;结合煤机企业的特点,重点研究了虚拟煤机企业伙伴选择问题、虚拟煤机企业核心竞争力与组织能力问题、企业的组织协调问题和从项目开发的角度进行项目分解与具体的流程设计。论文分析了煤机产品专用性、网络平台成本和行业关联性强等影响虚拟煤机企业组建的关键因素,对虚拟煤机企业的组建流程进行了深入研究,即:虚拟煤机企业网络平台成本占项目总成本的比例与企业合作次数关系的研究;虚拟煤机企业市场机会识别原则研究;伙伴选择的思路、原则、影响因素和具体的方法研究;从仿生化角度对伙伴选择问题的建模研究以及虚拟煤机企业模式选择的研究。以现有企业核心竞争力为基础,根据煤机企业的特征,论文建立了虚拟煤机企业伙伴选择中伙伴核心竞争力识别指标体系,从技术、规模和盈利、市场及组织管理能力等四个方面进行考核,用层次分析法建立了指标评价的模型。同时,提出将传统企业的组织能力评价问题引入虚拟煤机企业之中,根据虚拟煤机企业的特点和现有组织能力理论,从组织者企业的协同能力、执行能力和应变能力等三个方面构建了组织能力评价指标体系。本文在比较了虚拟企业与传统企业协调差异的基础上,分析了虚拟煤机企业两个价值基础:共赢观念下的风险分担利益共享和多次的动态合作。分析了目标管理、企业间优势互补、信息共享和盟主与其它盟员决策权分配等影响虚拟煤机协调决策的关键因素;分析并提出虚拟煤机企业应该建立目标机制、联合决策机制、网络协调机制和信任机制;分析了盟主对替代性活动的协调问题和正式机制与网络机制的协调转化过程问题。结合虚拟煤机企业的特点,论文建立了一种支持虚拟煤机企业项目管理的工作流管理系统,研究了任务的执行和调度方案。在项目定义阶段,根据虚拟煤机产品的性质将其分解为相对独立的子项目,建立各项目的目标,修正过程模型中更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the basic analysis of the shortcomings of the current research on the virtual coal mechanical enterprises, the author takes project development as a clue and summarizes the relevant theories of the virtual coal mechanical enterprises; considering the characteristics of the virtual coal mechanical enterprises, he mainly studies on its partnership, core competitive power, organizational ability, organizational coordination , project disintegration and concrete process plan from the point of view of project development.The author analyzes the key elements that influence the establishment of the virtual coal mechanical enterprises such as the special purpose of the coal mechanical products, network platform cost and strong trade link etc. And also probes into its establishment process , that’s, studies on the relationship between the ration of network platform cost to the total project cost and cooperative frequency with the enterprises; research on the principles of market opportunity identification; research on the ideas, principles, elements and concrete methods of choosing partners.According to the characteristics of the virtual coal mechanical enterprises and based on the current enterprise core competitive power, the author sets a norm for partner core competitive identification and tests from four aspects as follows: technology, scale& profit, market and management. And an index evaluation model is built by using level analysis. At the same time, a new idea is put forward that the traditional organizational ability evaluation system is introduced to the virtual coal mechanical enterprises and then an index system of organizational ability is established considering the coordinative ability, executive ability and ability to meet an emergency.Compared with the coordinative ability of the traditional enterprises, the author points out the differences and analyzes two foundations of value in the virtual coal mechanical enterprises, that is, sharing of risks and profits in view of being mutually beneficial and dynamic cooperation on many occasions. Several key factors which influence the decision are analyzed such as target management, being mutually complementary in advantages among enterprises, sharing of information and allocation of decision right between leader and its members, etc. The author finally puts forward that target system, joint decision system, network coordinative system and confidence system should be set up.Combined with the characteristics of the virtual coal mechanical enterprises, a更多还原
