定制产品建模关键技术研究及其在电除尘器开发中的应用

【摘要】 本文围绕定制产品的快速响应,在对定制产品及定制产品需求的特点进行分析的基础上,对定制产品需求模型、定制产品需求信息到结构信息的转换、基于定制产品结构信息的成本估算等定制产品建模关键技术进行了深入研究,并结合实际项目,将上述理论和方法应用于电除尘器定制产品的需求响应中,取得了较好的效果,证明了本文提出的模型及算法的正确性和先进性。 全文的组织结构为: 第一章,综述了定制产品建模相关理论和技术的研究、应用现状,在对相关技术特点进行归纳分析的同时,指出了定制产品建模所面临的新的研究课题。在此基础上,提出了本文的研究内容和意义。 第二章,定制产品需求模型是定制产品初始形态与信息的载体和后续定制产品实现赖以进行的前提。本章提出了基于多层次映射的定制产品需求模型,包括功能层、特征层和实例层,通过建立需求信息同产品结构的层次映射关系,实现定制产品需求表达、获取与产品结构信息的有效集成。 第三章,定制产品需求信息到结构信息的转换是定制产品需求响应的关键。本章提出了基于混合推理的定制需求信息到结构信息的转换方法,并对其特点、过程和算法进行了研究,针对不同定制产品模块的特点,分别采用基于规则映射和基于相似特征检索的方法得到定制产品结构信息,通过对模块级结构信息进行优化,提高定制产品结构信息转换的敏捷性和准确性。 第四章,定制产品的成本信息是快速、有效响应客户需求的重要组成部分。本章分析了定制产品成本估算的特点,将定制产品成本分为结构成本和非结构成本,根据定制产品的结构信息,以模块为单元,提出了基于定制产品结构BOM快速结构成本估算方法以及基于规则的定制产品非结构成本估算模型,提高了定制产品成本估算的准确性和合理性。 第五章,在对定制产品协同需求响应进行定义及特点分析的基础上,结合定制产品的特点,从定制产品协同响应层次、基于定制产品结构的协同任务分解以及协同响应中的信息和过程集成等几个方面进行了论述,提出了定制产品协同响应模型。 第六章,论述了定制产品建模理论和方法在电除尘器行业中的应用,开发了电除尘器定制产品快速响应系统(ESP-R3),对系统主要功能及其实现技术进行了分析,在面向行业的实际项目应用和系统实施中,验证了本文提出的理论与方法

【Abstract】 This dissertation focuses on rapid responding for customized product to customer’s requirement. On the basis of analyse on the characteristics of customized product and customized requirement, the model of rapid responding for customized requirement with integrated information and application has been established. And the corresponding model of customized requirement, conversion technology of customized requirement to product structure information, and the method of cost estimation for customized product based on product structure information etc. have been discussed and researched. The technologies and methods presented in the dissertation have been proved to be correct and advanced by the applications in electrostatic precipitator (ESP) industry.The organization structure of full text is as follows:In chapter 1, a review and history of the theory research and application situation of modeling of customized product, and the new research issue is pointed out by the induction of correlative technique. Finally, the contents and significance of the dissertation is put forward.In chapter 2, the requirement model of customized product is an important part of product model from the aspects of information integration. It is the carrier of information of product preliminary status and the premise of follow-up designing and realization activities. In this chapter, a requirement model of customized product based on multi-layer mapping is put forward, and the valid integration of customized requirement information with product structure information has been realized by the mapping relationship between them.In chapter 3, the conversion of customized requirement to the structure information of customized product is the key of rapid responding to customized requirement. In this chapter, on the basic of the discussion of characteristics, process and arithmetic of responding for customized requirement, a method of Case-Rule based Reasoning (C-RBR) of obtaining the structure information of customized product has been put forward.In chapter 4, the technique of cost estimation is very important for responding rapidly and effectively to customized requirement. By the analyse of current technique shortage and the characteristics of cost estimation, the cost is divided into two types: structure cost and non-structure cost. A new method of structure-cost estimation based on structure BOM is put forward, and a rule-base non-structure cost estimation model has also been put forward, which depends on the result of structure-cost estimation and takes the module as the estimation unit. These methods presented in this chapter improve the accuracy and rationality of cost estimation of customized product.In chapter 5, on the basis of definition of collaborative responding to
