银杏叶提取物对大鼠肝移植缺血/再灌注损伤凋亡及其调控基因的影响

【摘要】 第一章 大鼠原位肝移植模型(OLT)的建立 目的:探讨大鼠原位肝脏移植(Orthotopic Liver Transplantation,OLT)模型的建立方法,为临床肝脏移植的相关实验研究提供理想的动物模型。 方法:采用Kamada’s二袖套法,并在此基础上加以改良,共施行了150例大鼠原位肝脏移植手术。 结果:在90例定型手术中,供肝热缺血时间0~1min,冷缺血时间90min,无肝期平均为18~22min(19.7±1.6min)。手术成功率91.1%(82/90)。 结论:该动物模型稳定可靠,可为肝脏移植的基础及临床相关研究提供较为理想的研究手段和方法。 第二章 银杏叶提取物对大鼠肝移植缺血/再灌注损伤凋亡及其调控基因的影响
【Abstract】 Part 1 The Operation of Rat Orthotopic Liver Transplantation(OLT)Objective: To study the operation technique of rat orthotopic Liver transplantation(OLT) and to provide reliable model for the study of OLT.Method: 150 cases of rats orthotopic Liver transplantation operation were performed by modified Kamada’s cuff technique.Results: 90 cases of formal rats orthotopic liver transplantation were performed. The anhepatic time was 18~22min(19.7±1.6min) and the liver grafts underwent 0~1min of warm ischemia and 90min of cold ischemia. The successful rate was 91.1%(82/90) in formal operation.Conclusion: The rat’s OLT model which were performed by Kamada’s cuff technique is reliable to study the basic and clinical problems of OLT.
