【摘要】 本课题以常州梳篦传统手工艺产业为例，从产品开发设计的角度入手，探讨在现代科技水平、社会背景和生活方式下，中国传统工艺产业该如何运用现代工业设计理念，适应生存、发展，成为现代工业的重要组成部分；并籍此，以探索和提出在新形势下，保持传统工艺产品设计、制造和使用紧密结合的优势，为传统工艺的保护和发展提供合理的方法和建议。 本课题研究旨在达到如下目的：振兴常州梳篦产业；探索一条适合中国国情的合理保护和发展地方传统手工艺产业的方法；为建立中国特色的现代设计文化寻求合理的因素，也可为其它领域参考，为国民经济的发展服务；保护和发扬传统手工艺，丰富地域文化，为社会主义精神文明建设服务。 论文的主要内容为：第一章，阐述课题研究的背景、现状、意义和方法；第二章，通过调查问卷、综合比较、归纳演绎等方法，对常州梳篦业存在的问题进行统计分析；第三章，分别介绍传统工艺产业和现代工业设计的关系，提出以工业设计理念振兴常州梳篦传统手工艺产业的具体措施；第四章，按照工业设计的产品系统设计和绿色设计理论，对常州梳篦产业的产业规划、产品企划、产品造型设计、产品制造工艺设计和产品商品化设计各部分作较为全面的构想和设计；第五章，对整篇论文的内容作综合的自我评估，同时提出研究的不足。 课题研究的创新点：把工业设计理念引用到传统工艺产业；把产品材料创新与制造工艺设计作为传统工艺产业工业设计的重要组成部分。 本课题后续研究的方向：常州梳篦传统工艺产业设计管理方式研究；常州梳篦传统工艺产业发展与民俗文化关系的研究；常州梳篦传统工艺产业工具研究；常州梳篦工艺设计进一步深入地研究；中国梳篦史研究；中国特色现代设计文化研究……等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking "traditional handicraft industry of ChangZhou Comb" as an example and focusing on product development, the article discusses that how Chinese traditional handicraft industry can develop and survive and to be one of the important component of modern industry under the circumstance of modern society, technology and lifestyle using modem design idea. At the same time, the author explores the advantages of combining design with manufacture and use, and gives reasonable instructions in the protection and development of traditional crafts as well.This project proposes that a holistic reform to changzhou comb industry should be made with reference to industrial design idea, hoping to achieve goals as follows: Renew changzhou comb industry; explore a new way of reasonably protecting and developing local traditional handicraft industry which is fit for Chinese situation; Seek reasonable elements in order to establish a kind of modern design culture with Chinese characteristics; To be a reference to other fields and serve our economic development; Protect and carry forward traditional handicraft; Enrich local culture and contribute to the socialistic spirit civilization construction.The main content of the paper:Chapter 1, Expounds the background, actuality, significance and methods of study; Chapter 2, Through the methods of investigation, comparison and induction, a statistic analysis is given on the problems existed in the ChangZhou Comb industry;Chapter 3, Introduces the relationship between traditional craft industry and modern industrial design, put forwards several concrete measures of renewing changzhou comb industry with industrial design idea.Chapter 4, With reference to systematic design theory and green design theory, a comparatively general conceiving is put forwarded on the industry planning, product planning, product form design, product manufacture technics design and product commercialization design. Chapter 5, A general self-evaluation of the whole paper is made, and the shortcoming of this study is also given.The innovation points: lead industrial design theory into traditional craft industry; take product’s material innovation and manufacture technics design as the important parts of industrial design on traditional craft.Following study aspects: design managing mode on the traditional craft industry of changzhou comb; the relationship between the development of traditional craft industry and folk-custom culture; manufacture tools of traditional craft industry of changzhou comb; further design on manufacture technics of changzhou comb; china comb history; modern design culture with Chinese characteristics and so on.更多还原
