红外纹理生成方法研究

【摘要】 本论文选题来源于国家自然科学基金项目“红外纹理生成方法研究”(编号:60407012)。自然景象红外纹理生成方法研究,是红外场景仿真研究领域中的一个重要课题,对于研究自然景象的红外辐射特性及其红外图像特征有着十分重要的意义。本文分析了红外纹理形成的物理过程,对影响红外纹理生成的每个关键环节做了深入的研究。主要的研究工作如下:1、自然地表温度的空间起伏是红外纹理形成的根本原因,研究自然地表的红外辐射温度场统计特性,是红外纹理生成方法研究的前提条件。本文建立了自然地表的红外辐射温度场统计模型,利用统计方法对受多个随机变量影响的红外辐射温度函数求解,得到红外辐射温度场的平均值和标准方差,并研究分析了相关长度对红外温度场的影响。2、本文建立了红外物理纹理模型,描述了红外辐射出射度标准方差、相关长度与外部物理参数量的函数关系,建立了红外辐射温度场转换到红外辐射出射度场的桥梁,为红外物理纹理的图像生成提供了理论数据。3、红外纹理图像生成是将红外辐射能量场转换为图像灰度空间分布的过程,是红外纹理生成的一个重要环节。本文首次提出了基于马尔可夫随机场模型、GLC模型和非参数随机场模型的红外纹理图像生成方法,建立了红外辐射能量场转换到图像灰度分布场的映射桥梁,有效地模拟生成了红外纹理图像。4、本文引入了红外表观纹理的概念,首次提出了在红外纹理生成方法中引入红外成像系统效应。建立了凝视型红外成像系统的物理模型,给出了红外表观纹理的生成方法,生成了红外表观纹理。5、利用纹理统计分析方法,对生成的红外纹理图像进行了参数分析,验证了红外纹理生成方法的有效性。最后,给出了红外纹理的应用实例。

【Abstract】 The project of this dissertation is supported by the National Science Foundation ofChina, named “Research on infrared texture analysis and synthesis”with supported No.60407012.The study on infrared texture synthesis of natural terrain, which is one of the vitalprojects in the fields of infrared scenes simulation, plays a very important role inresearches of the infrared radiance characteristics and infrared imagery properties ofnatural scenes.By analyzing the physical process of forming infrared textures, each of the keysections, which affected the infrared textures mostly, is deeply researched in thisdissertation. The special content and important conclusions are as following:1. The influent of temperature in the space of natural terrains is the prime reason ofinfrared texturing. To study the statistical characteristics of the temperature fields ofnatural terrain is the precondition of infrared texture synthesis. A statistical model oftemperature fields of natural terrain is developed. We can obtain the mean values andstandard variations of temperature fields with the statistical method, by which cansolves the temperature function with multi-random-variables. And the affections totemperature fields by correlation length are analyzed also.2. The models of infrared physical texture are established in this dissertation. Therelationship of function mapping between standard variations, correlation length ofinfrared radiance of natural terrains and the external physical parameters are describedin the models, which can also provide a conversion bridge between the temperaturefields to the infrared radiance fields, and provide theoretic data for infrared textureimages.3. The generation of infrared texture images, as a key process of infrared texturesynthesis, is an operation to converting the infrared radiance fields to the gray levelsdistribution in space in the images. The Markov random field (MRF) models, generallong-correlation (GLC) field models and non-parameter random field models are firstlyintroduced to synthesize the infrared texture images in this dissertation. The models areproved that it can convert the infrared radiance fields to infrared texture imagesavailably.4. A conception, named by infrared apparent textures, is introduced in this paper.To generate the infrared apparent textures, the affections of infrared imaging system arefirstly introduced in the process of infrared texture synthesis. A physics-based model ofstaring infrared imaging system is given to produce the infrared apparent textures. Atlast some infrared apparent textures are synthesized as examples by the models.5. The statistical method of texture analysis is applied to analyze the textureparameters of infrared texture images synthesized by the infrared texture models. Theanalysis results showed that the method of infrared texture synthesis is available. At last,some examples for the application of infrared texture are given.
