区域公路网布局形态及发展规模研究

【摘要】 针对公路网规划理论发展和实践中迫切需要解决的公路建设与社会经济发展关系问题,论文运用可持续发展和区域空间发展理论,研究区域公路网布局形态和规模的定性定量分析方法,寻求区域经济发展、空间结构演变与公路空间布局协调发展的途径,力图从宏观上把握未来公路网发展的大趋势、总目标,并以此作为建立有较强应变能力的区域公路网规划的重要依据,实现交通、经济、城镇体系的有机结合。(1)从区域城镇空间结构演化的递嬗规律及其交通影响因素分析入手,系统研究公路网络与城镇空间结构之间的相互作用以及公路网形态变迁的规律,探索公路网络形成与发展的本质决定因素。研究内容拓展了传统公路网布局规划的研究领域,将视野延伸至区域空间结构的发展演化一般规律上,为构建基于区域城镇空间结构的公路网络布局规划理论与方法的建立提供了理论依据。(2)从交通经济带时空演变的模式分析入手,研究高速公路聚散效应以及引导区域空间结构演化及经济发展的形成条件与进程,在实证分析的基础上总结了高速公路经济带对公路网布局规划的启示。(3)在区域公路网形态与区域城镇空间结构的演变规律的研究成果基础上,提出了以区域城镇空间结构大背景分析为依据,城镇节点选择排序和路线选择为核心,形式、目标、原则相统一的分层次渐进公路网形态布局方法。引入了区域城镇空间发育度、城市中心度、空间经济联系强度等概念,解决以往路网布局规划中的弊端,充分体现公路网、社会经济及城镇体系结构的有机结合。论文还关注到传统规划理论对路径优化设计方面研究的欠缺,通过引入动态路径选择的蚂蚁算法,对定量进行公路网形态设计,最大限度地提高现有路网的利用效率问题进行了理论探讨。(4)从区域宏观经济学和协同学角度出发,对公路建设与社会经济发展供求关系进行了系统的理论分析,给出公路建设与社会经济可持续协调发展的定义,建立了公路建设与社会经济协调发展的带有AHP(层次分析法)约束锥的DEA(数据包络分析)评价模型和区域公路网在不同的社会经济发展阶段应具有的发展规模以及与发展阶段相适应的路网等级结构的优化配置模型,通过实例对公路建设
【Abstract】 Aimed at highway network layout theory development and hotspot problem of highway building and social economical development,the dissertation Focus on the analysis method of local highway network topology based on area development theory, harmony development of local economy and layout of highway network. The final purpose is to realize the combination of transportation,economy, and town overall arrangement in space.(1) Having analyzed town arrangement in space and its transportation affecting factors,it is studied that the interacted regulation between highway network and town space layout. The factors that decide the form and development of highway network are explored. The research field covers the commonly developed law of local space distribution.(2) Begin with mode analysis of transportation economy evaluated with time span, it is investigated gather-scatter effect of expressway. The influence of expressway economic lane to highway network layout is concluded.(3) Several principles of highway network topology are proposed according as the rule of local highway network and town space layout, which are: the local city space layout, town node selection sequence and route selection, form and object and principle being considered together. Some new concepts are proposed such as city space development degree, city central degree, space economy contact intension. The combination of highway network, social economy, and city hierarchy depress the disadvantage of former highway network planning. By introducing the ant arithmetic of dynamic route selection, the problems are set forth how to promote utility efficiency and to design highway network topology.(4) Theoretical analysis is proceeding on the relationship of highway construction and social economy development on the aspect of macro-economic. The definition of continuable harmony development of highway construction and social economic is given.
