足部反射区按摩对药物治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床增效及作用机理研究

【摘要】 目的：研究足部反射区按摩对药物治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床增效作用及机理。 方法：采用随机、对照的方法，选取慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者144例，分为3组，即试验组为足部反射区按摩(“肾”、“输尿管”、“膀胱”、“前列腺”、“睾丸”)加基础治疗(前列通瘀胶囊)、对照组分为体穴按摩加基础治疗(前列通瘀胶囊)及单纯药物治疗组(前列通瘀胶囊)，以下分别简称为足部治疗组、体穴对照组及药物对照组，每组各48例。经过1个疗程(4周)治疗后，观察各组患者美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、中医症状评分、前列腺液常规检查(卵磷脂小体、白细胞)及前列腺液中细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-8)水平的变化。所有结果均采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析，P≤0.05表示差异有统计学意义。 结果：足部治疗组临床治愈率15.6％，显效35.6％，有效26.7％，无效22.2％，优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。足部治疗组患者NIH-CPSI、中医症状评分、前列腺液中卵磷脂小体、前列腺液中细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-8)等方面均较体穴对照组、药物对照组有明显改善(P＜0.05)，差异有统计学意义。 结论：足部反射区按摩治疗慢性非细菌前列腺炎临床有效，能提高药物治疗的愈显率，特别是能明显改善患者的排尿症状，提高卵磷脂小体水平，降低前列腺液中细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-8)水平的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To assess the effectiveness of reflexology in the treatment of chronic prostatitis and explore the mechanism. Methods: A total of 144 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly assigned to receive reflexology combined with Chinese drug (Qianlie Tongyu capsule), acupoint massage combined with Chinese drug or Chinese drug alone. The reflective zones were: kidney, ureter, bladder, prostate, spermary. The treatment duration was one month. The outcomes were NIH-CPSI, scores of various symptoms, lecithin corpuscles, leucocytes and TNF-α, IL-8. Results : The cure rate was 15.6%, manifest improvement rate was 35.6%, effectiveness rate was 26.7% and the no-effctiveness rate was 22.2% of the treatment group, respectively. Treatment with reflexology resulted in significant improvement of urinary symptoms. Compared with the control group and no treatment group, the was no significant difference in the NIH-CPSI, lecithin corpuscles ,TNF-α and IL-8 (P<0.05) .Conclusion: Reflexology was effective in the treatment of chronic prostatitis and could enhance the efficacy of the cure rate and manifest improvement rate, especially for those people with obvious urinary symptoms. And reflexology could increase the lecithin corpuscles in the expression of prostatic secretion while decrease the expression of TNF-α and IL-8.更多还原
