煤和矸石井下破碎分选理论及实验研究

【摘要】 煤矸石作为一种固体废弃物,是矿山企业环境污染的主要危害源。随着煤炭行业机械化程度的提高和生产能力的增加,矸石的地面排放量将越来越多,届时会造成更大的环境污染和更严重的地表塌陷,煤炭企业也将为之付出更多的治理费用和补偿费用。煤和矸石井下破碎分选回填系统,其主要技术功能是将矸石破碎分选后充填到采空区,既解决了矸石的地面排放问题,又适当缓解了地表塌陷的隐患,是一举两得的“绿色开采”技术。因此,研究开发煤矸破碎分选洁净煤生产技术将会产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。 本文以杜儿坪矿、凤凰山矿及五阳矿工作面原煤中的不规则煤和矸石样品为实验对象,进行了煤和矸石的破碎差别比较实验和破碎分选模拟实验,应用数理统计及经济效益分析等对煤矸破碎分选的判别准则等进行了理论研究,为煤矸破碎分选技术的发展和应用提供了有价值的实验结论和理论基础。 主要研究内容及结果如下: (1) 煤和矸石主要物理力学性质的实验研究。煤由于其变质程度不同而具有不同的力学指标,矸石由于其来源的不同而岩性各异,因而也具
【Abstract】 Gangue, a kind of solid waste material, is the most dangerous resource leading to mining enterprise environmental pollution. With the development of mechanization of mining industry and production capacity, the surface emission can increase greatly in number, which will result in more serious environmental pollution and surface subsidence. Thus mining enterprises will have to pay more for controlling and compensation. The selective crashing and separation system of the mixture of coal and gangue aims to fill gangue into gob after they have been separated. The technology can not only solve the problem of gangue surface emission but also remove the hidden danger of surface subsidence, so it can be considered as "green mining technology" . As a result, the experimental study on this technology will bring great economical and social benefit.This paper experiments with coal and gangue sample from raw coal in Duerping, Fenghuangshan, and Wuyang mines, conducts a research of crashing difference between coal and gangue, and of crashing separation.
