政治文明进程中的妇女参政

【摘要】 自20世纪70年代以来,妇女参政逐渐成为一个全球性的问题,促使全社会关注妇女参政的作用与意义。将妇女参政纳入到人类政治文明发展和社会主义政治文明建设的视野,是人类社会发展到21世纪的一个时代课题。在建设社会主义政治文明的社会背景下,在国内外有关政治文明和妇女理论研究成果的基础上,从理论和实践两个层面对政治文明发展进程中的妇女参政进行全面分析和阐述,从而为政治文明和妇女参政建设,为我国的社会主义政治文明建设提供理论依据和实践指导,是时代赋予理论工作者的一项重要历史任务。全文共分五章。第一章,导言。把人类政治文明发展进程中的妇女参政问题纳入到理论研究的视野,这是时代的呼唤和要求。导言部分着重研究了妇女参政的依据及其意义;妇女参政问题研究的现状与论文主要研究的问题;研究的基本思路与方法和论文的难点与创新之处。第二章,分析政治文明与妇女参政的一般理论。妇女参政与政治文明的辩证关系,是研究政治文明进程中妇女参政的一个基本理论问题。本章在揭示政治文明和妇女参政两个概念内涵的基础上,论述了政治文明与妇女参政的辩证关系。首先,论述了文明、政治和政治文明的概念、政治文明的内在结构和政治文明发展的特点。其次,论述了妇女参政的内涵、妇女参政的内在结构、妇女参政的规律和妇女参政的特点。最后,论述了政治文明与妇女参政的辩证关系。妇女参政与政治文明是一般与个别的关系,二者既相互区别,又相互联系,并在互动过程中共同发展。第三章,考察妇女参政在人类政治文明发展中的地位。本章以唯物史观为指导,通过对采集经济、农业经济、工业经济和知识经济社会下的妇女地位以及由此决定的性别文化的考察,梳理了妇女参政在政治文明发展进程中的历史脉络。原始政治文明中“自在”阶段的妇女参政,主要体现在采集经济中的妇女地位、原始性别平等文化的产生及其转移、母权向父权的过渡等三个方面。专制政治文明中“自为”初级阶段的妇女参政,主要体现在农业经济中的妇女地位、男性主流文化的形成和发展以及政治文明边缘的妇女参政。近现代政治文明中“自为”高级阶段的妇女参政,主要包括工业经济中的妇女地位、男性主流文化的解体以及政治文明中妇女参政的兴起等方面。当代政治文明中“自由”阶段的妇女参政,主要体现在知识经济中的妇女地位、性别平等文化的初步形成以及当代政治文明中妇女参政的局限性三个方面。以唯物史观来考察妇女参政在政治文明史中的地位,是研究妇女参政问题的历史基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 20th century 70’s, women’s participation in politics has gradually become a global research question. It urges the entire society to pay attention to the function and the significance of the women’s participation in politics. To bring the women’s participation in politics into the human politics civilization development and the socialism politics civilization construction field of vision, is the 21st century time topics of the human society development. Under the social background of the socialism politics civilization construction, basis on the domestic and foreign related political civilization theory to carry on the comprehensive analysis and the elaboration to the women’s participation in politics of the political civilization development advancement, for the political civilization and the women’s participation in politics construction, it provides the theory basis and the practice instruction for our country’s socialism political civilization construction, and it is an important historic task which the time entrusts with a theorist’s. The dissertation includes five parts.The first chapter is introduction. To bring the women’s participation in politics question in the process of human politics civilization development into the fundamental research field of vision, it is the time summon and the request. The introduction has studied the women’s participation in politics’basis and significance emphatically; the present situation of the women’s participation in politics question research and the main research question of the paper, the basic mentality and method of the research and the difficulty and innovation place of the paper.The second chapter analyzes the general theory of the political civilization and the women’s participation in politics. The dialectical relations between the women’s participation in politics and the political civilization, is an elementary theory question of the women’s participation in politics studies in the advancement of the political civilized. This chapter promulgates the political civilization and the women’s participation in politics’connotations, and states their dialectical relations. First, it states the concepts of civilization, politics and political civilization, the intrinsic structure and the development characteristic of the political civilization. Next, it states the connotation, the intrinsic structure, the rule and the characteristic of the women’s participation in politics. Finally, it states the dialectical relations between the political civilization and the women’s participation in politics.
