【摘要】 第一章是导言。论述了产业区域转移的概念。介绍了本文研究的背景与意义、主要研究内容与结构安排、研究方法与技术路线和预期价值等。 第二章主要对产业转移的理论来源进行了梳理。把国外对产业转移的研究归纳为古典区位理论与新经济地理理论、雁行模式理论及其相关研究、国际投资理论关于区位选择的部分等。国内学者的研究成果则按中国大陆和台湾地区分别描述。大陆对产业转移的研究分为国际产业转移与国内产业结构调整的相关研究、产业转移中的技术转移、国际直接投资与产业转移的研究、对国内产业转移的研究四大类进行。从台湾企业转移动机与区位选择、台湾制造业企业进入大陆市场模式等角度对中国台湾地区博硕士论文中与产业转移相关的研究进行了综述。从古典经济学、新古典经济学到雁行模式再到新经济地理理论，都是以产业转移实践的发展过程为背景而不断演化的。在对产业转移规律的探索过程中考虑的因素越来越复杂，生产要素由土地、资本和人力到科技；市场环境由完全竞争到不完全竞争以致垄断等，这些理论中，着重从产业转移输出方考虑，对承接方的条件、正负面影响研究的不多；随着经济活动外部环境的变化，金融和信息技术的广泛运用，过去的理论已经很难圆满地说明现在。从国内的研究看，以FDI的地域分布及其与经济增长关系研究的多，结合国际，以实证研究为主，深刻阐述产业转移规律与理论的研究尚不多见。而中国台湾地区的研究，往往以微观视角、个案研究为特征，实证研究与理论研究两者结合，在西方理论的基础上增加了体制、机理、文化等因素的考虑，比较富有特色，但对承接方的条件进行研究的也不多见。为后续的研究开拓了广泛的空间。 第三章主要研究了产业转移的动力机制。首先，从移出地和承接地两个方面对产业转移的动因进行一般分析。对产业移出地而言，产业转移是区域产业结构调整升级的重要途径，也是区域产业竞争优势转换升级的有效方式。产业从转出区转移的动因主要是充分利用承接地的资源，包括土地、人力、资金、环境容量、市场、营销渠道等，具体原因可以归结为市场扩张的需要、产业分工的需要、综合利用资源的需要、企业重组的需要和政策性的产业转移等。产业转移承接地的投资环境可从硬环境、软环境和竞争环境三个方面考察。产业转移对承接地的积极影响包括：吸收先进技术、增加投资需求，促进GDP增长、增加就业、加速承接地工业化进程。产业转移对承接地区的消极影响包括：环境问题、本地工业问题、产业结构失衡等。其次，运用城市化框架对产业转移的宏观机理进行了理论更多还原

【Abstract】 Chapter Ⅰ is an introduction. It discusses the concept of the industry transfer. Introduces the background and meaning, main research contents and structures, research methods, technique routes and expectations etc.Chapter Ⅱ mainly classifies the theory sources of the industry transfer. Reduces the abroad studies of the industry transfer to classic regional theory and new economic geography theory, the fly goose mode theory and related studies, international investment theories concerning regional selection etc. Those theories as classic economics, new classic economics, fly goose mode theory and the new economic geography theory, are all based on the development of industry transfers. The factors considering in the searching of industry transfer regulations is more and more complicated, the production elements include land, capital, manpower and science technology; The market environments include completely compete, incompletely compete and monopoly. These theories emphasize on the side of the transfer, consider less for the condition, positive and negative influence of the side of the receive; Along with the change of the exterior environment of the economic activities, the extensive use of the finance and information technology, the past theories are already very difficult to explain the present situation successfully. See from the domestic research, many are on the distributing of FDI regions and their relationship with the economic increase. Considering the international demonstration researches, there’s not much discussion on the regulations and theories of the industry transfer. At the mean time, the research of the Chinese Taiwan region, usually has the characteristic of microcosmic angle of view and case study, demonstration research combines with theory studies, considering the economic system, mechanism, cultural on the foundation of the west theories, paying less consider on the condition of the receiver. That expands the extensive space for the follow-up research.Chapter Ⅲ mainly studies the dynamical mechanism of the industry transfer.
