中国装备制造业的贸易保护与市场竞争

【摘要】 一、论文研究问题的目的和意义本论文主要目的是研究在对外开放的条件下如何实施有效的贸易保护,通过适度的贸易保护和有效的市场竞争,促进我国装备制造产业的发展和国际竞争力的提高。发展我国的装备制造业对推进我国的工业化进程、提高我国的综合国力和国际竞争力具有十分重要的意义。经过50多年的发展,我国装备制造业已建立起一个比较完备的工业体系、具备了相当的规模和实力,成为我国国民经济的支柱性产业。但是与世界装备制造业强国相比,我国装备制造业还有相当的差距,存在产品技术落后、企业规模小、国际竞争能力弱等问题。我国经济的快速发展为我国装备制造业的发展提供了大好的机遇,同时经济全球化和我国对外开放程度的不断提高又使我国装备制造业面临着严峻的挑战。纵观世界各国的工业化历史,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,其工业化进程、产业发展与对外贸易及其对外贸易政策都有密切的内在联系。对外贸易政策是决定产业发展道路与成效的关键因素。英国、美国、德国等发达国家都是在贸易保护政策下完成了工业化进程,成为世界经济强国,新兴的日本、韩国也是在贸易保护政策的支持下快速发展成为世界装备制造强国。大力发展我国装备制造业的重要意义和紧迫性目前已得到各界的广泛共识,如何加快我国装备制造业的发展成为政府、企业和学者讨论的热点问题。他们从不同的角度分析我国装备制造业存在的问题,提出了许多发展我国装备制造业的有益的建议。但是对发展装备制造业的讨论大多从提高技术创新能力、国企改革等具体问题角度入手,对他们的观点笔者都是同意的。而另一方面,学术界对贸易政策等问题讨论和研究也是大量的,但他们大都从纯理论的角度来研究政策,与具体产业尤其是装备制造业结合(除汽车产业研究的文献较多)的并不多见或不具体。本文从一个较为宏观更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of this dissertation is to study how to implement effective trade protection in order to promote the development of China equipment manufacturing industry under open economic condition.It is very important to develop equipment manufacturing industry for the progress of industrialization and enhancement of the comprehensive and international competitiveness of China. After more than 50 years development, equipment manufacturing industry achieved quite big scale and great strength, becoming as the mainstay of China economy. But compared with that of developed countries, there is a big gap still existed, including backward in technology, small firm scale and weakness in competitiveness, etc.. China equipment manufacturing industry faces a good opportunities as well as strong challenges, along with the growth of China economy and gradually opening to the outside world.Industry development closely relates to foreign trade and its policy. The industrialization of all developed countries has been realized under the condition of implementing trade protection policy. So this dissertation selects the angle of trade protection and related market competition to study the development of China Equipment manufacturing industry. The trade protection theories have been evolved from traditional infant industry argument to modern strategic trade policy (STP) which is based on economies of scale and imperfect competition. Although a lot of studies on trade protection conducted, it is necessary and valuable to further explore deeply and systematically how to implement an effective protection under open economic condition which the past studies are general. So the study of this dissertation is with theoretical and practical significance.The dissertation adopts the method of theoretical analysis together with case studies. The international trade theory, competitive advantages theory and industrial organization theory have been applied, and China power generation equipment manufacturing industry, shipbuilding industry and automobile industry, etc. have been selected for case studies.更多还原
