【摘要】 金融深化在区域经济发展中发挥着重要作用,恰当的金融深化政策能够造就以资金为纽带的横向经济联合体的生成和发展,引导经济主体冲破地域间的屏障,实现跨区域发展,促进区域经济按比较优势原理实行区域分工与优势互补,实行自愿互利联合发挥规模效应,培育本地区具有地方特色并有比较优势的产业。论文的主要论点是:①就调控手段而言,区域发展理论没有脱离对于经济自由主义与国家干预主义这个古老经济学命题的讨论,有两个支流——自由主义论和政府干预论;②可以站在古典经济学、AK模型基础上探讨金融深化影响区域发展的机制;③金融深化在中国区域差距的形成中扮演着极其重要的角色;④需要实施务实的区域金融政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Though it is not long for the study on the relationship between financial deepening and regional development, it has presented the economic theories through the whole history of economic thoughts. This is the main reason that attracts the author greatly to study on it. Since the 1980s, China’s macroscopic economy has moved continuously greatly, but the economy grows between the region actually prominently displays the phenomenon of the non- uniformity, the scholars’argument about this question is the realistic reason that causes my strong interest.This paper includes five chapters. The reasons of theme selection, theoretical and practical significance, logic system, section arrangement, research method, innovation and limitation of this paper are described in Chapter 1. The theory of the history of economics thoughts is used in Chapter 2 to clarify the thoughts resource of financial deepening and regional development, introduce and review their recent progress. Base on classical economics and AK model, Chapter 3 discusses the mechanism of the influence to regional development by financial deepening and analyses its implementation, and proves that the relationship between financial deepening and regional development is very close as estimated according to the economic datum of different regions in Zhejiang province. Chapter 4 describes the status of China’s regional economy and financial gap, discusses the relationships between planned finance and regional differentiation, institutional transition and regional differentiation, and it argues that financial deepening plays an important role in the formation of China’s regional economy. Chapter 5 refines the connotation and denotation of regional financial policy firstly, then demonstrates that it is necessary to carry out regional financial policy by using history of economic thoughts and evolutionary game theory approach, and post-evaluates the status of China’s更多还原
