面向产品族的液压机广义模块化快速设计技术

【摘要】 模块化设计是实现产品快速设计的主要技术之一,传统的模块化设计只适用于机床等结构分级特性明显的系列化产品,而对于液压机等结构难于系列化的机械产品,传统的模块化设计在概念和技术上难以支持其结构设计。为此,提出了本文的研究内容。本文根据广义模块化设计的思想,针对组合框架式和整体框架式液压机的结构特点,分别建立了基于柔性模块和虚拟柔性模块的液压机产品族,以便实现液压机产品的快速设计。本文主要研究内容如下:1.综述了快速设计技术、模块化设计技术以及有限元分析的研究状况,阐述课题提出的背景和意义,明确了本文研究的主要内容;2.针对机械产品的结构特点,提出了广义模块化的概念;系统地研究广义模块化的基本原理和方法,包括广义模块的划分和规划、参数化结构造型、变量化设计与优化以及基于KBE的知识化设计等关键技术,建立了基于知识工程的广义模块化设计的系统框架;3.根据广义模块化设计原理,提出了广义模块化产品规划矩阵;针对组合框架式和整体框架式液压机的结构特点,对其产品族、柔性模块族和虚拟柔性模块族分别进行了详细规划;4.结合实例,针对组合框架式液压机,提出了实现柔性模块的创建、扩展以及组合的方法和技术,建立了组合框架式液压机产品族;5.结合实例,针对整体框架式液压机,提出了实现虚拟柔性模块的创建、扩展以及拼合的方法和技术,建立了整体框架式液压机产品族;用混合建模的方法实现了整体框架式液压机性能薄弱虚拟柔性模块的识别,并进行了结构优化;建立了面向产品族的液压机模块系列编码系统以实现快速设计中对模块的管理;6.为了对全文提出的广义模块化设计理论和方法进行验证,开发了面向产品族的液压机广义模块化快速设计系统,介绍了其组成、功能,并给出了设计实例。最后总结了本文的研究工作,得出结论,并就进一步的深入研究提出了一些设想。

【Abstract】 Modular design is one of the key techniques to implement rapid design(RD). Since traditional modular design shows applicability only in productswhich structure can be hierarchically decomposed and structurallystandardized, it is difficult to implement structural design for products whichare not standardized such as hydraulic press machines. Therefore, thefollowing research is done to solve the problem.According to the theory of Generalized Modular Design (GMD), productfamilies of hydraulic press machines are established based on flexible modulesand virtual flexible modules aiming at the structural characteristics ofassembled-frame and framed hydraulic press machines so as to implement therapid design of hydraulic press machines. The main contents of the paper areas following:1.The research situation of rapid design, modular design and finiteanalysis is summarized, the background an importance of the research work inthis paper are stated.2.The concept of GMD is proposed aiming at the structural characteristicsof mechanical products;the basic theory and method are systematicallystudied, including the technologies as following: division and planning of theGeneral Modules (GM), parametric structural modeling, variational design &optimization and design based on Knowledge Based Engineering (KBE) etc,and the system framework of GMD based on KBE is established.3.The planning matrix of GMD product is proposed according to thetheory of GMD, Products families, flexible module families, virtual flexiblemodule families are planned in detail aiming at the structural characteristics ofthe assembled-frame and framed hydraulic press machines.4.The method and technology are presented to create, derive and assembleflexible modules, taking assembled-frame hydraulic press machines as anexample. The product family of assembled-frame hydraulic press machines isdesigned.5.The method and technology are proposed to create, derive and composeflexible modules, taking frame hydraulic press machines as an example. Theproduct family of frame hydraulic press machines is designed. Hybridmodeling method is adopted to recognize the virtual flexible module whichproperties are weak in framed hydraulic press machines so as to optimize thestructure of it. Module coding system of hydraulic press machines for productfamily is established to manage modules of RD.6.A GMD rapid design system for families of hydraulic press machines isdeveloped to examine the theory and method of GMD, its construction andfunction are introduced, and examples of designing hydraulic press machinesare given.Finally, a summary of the work in this paper is given, some conclusionsand assumptions for further research are involved.
