【摘要】 实现中部崛起和区域协调发展是当前我国社会与经济发展的重要战略目标之一。纵观世界经济发展历史,城市群是组织区域经济发展的主要方式,它对区域经济增长的贡献率在不断增加,并已成为新型的区域经济增长极。对城市群的研究由来已久,并取得了丰硕的成果。但是,从“经济整合”角度对城市群的研究,特别是对经济发展相对落后区域的城市群的研究尚存在一定的欠缺。中原城市群是中部地区的主要城市群之一,对中原城市群中进行“经济整合”,可以带动河南社会与经济的全面发展,使中原城市群成为河南乃至中部地区的经济增长极,进而推动中部地区经济的崛起。因此,进行中原城市群“经济整合”不仅具有一定的理论价值,而且具有一定的现实意义。本文的研究思路是:在国内外已有的关于城市群和城市群经济整合等相关研究的基础之上,以城市地理学、经济地理学、系统科学、城市经济学等多学科理论为指导,构建城市群经济系统、城市群地域系统和城市群经济整合研究的基本框架。采用GIS、计量经济学方法等技术手段,分析中原城市群经济整合的外部环境和内部基础,进而采用最适合的经济整合模式,开展中原城市群经济地域整合和产业整合。最后,对中原城市群经济支撑系统的发展现状进行客观分析,提出经济支撑系统整合的基本对策。在中原城市群的建设中,进行中原城市群“经济整合”非常必要。①中原城市群对区域经济发展具有重要作用。在对世界及我国,特别是对河南经济和城市化的发展状况和发展趋势进行研究后认为,城市群经济已经成为区域经济发展的主要组织形式,城市群正在成长为区域经济增长极、城市化的主要动力源;河南经济和城市化发展出现了向中原城市群地区集中的趋势,中原城市群正在成长为河南新型的经济增长极,在河南经济与社会发展中的作用正在逐渐增大;中原城市群在未来的区域经济与社会发展中具有重要作用。②通过对中原城市群核心城市吸引力的分析、中原城市群和我国主要城市群相关指标的对比分析,本文认为,中原城市群核心城市的经济实力尚不足够强大,中原城市群还不能完全胜任河南乃至中部地区经济增长极的重任。③与我国三大城市群及其平均水平相比,中原城市群的经济发展效果还不理想,而城市群经济不整合是造成这一结果的主要因素之一;从中原城市群产业整合现状来看,中原城市群地区的某些行业之间、某更多还原

【Abstract】 It is one of the significant strategic aims of the social and economic development of our country to create conditions for the realization of the rise of the middle part in China and of the regional development in coordination. Diachronically speaking, in the history of regional economy development of the world, urban agglomeration is the main mode to organize the regional economy development, which contributes to the growth of the regional economy increasingly and becomes the new-style pole of economic growth. The study of urban agglomeration has been under discussion for a long time, but it is not enough that to study urban agglomeration from the perspective of“economic integration”, and that in particular to study urban agglomeration in the comparatively poorer region. Zhongyuan urban agglomeration, as the main one of the middle part in China, if experienced economic integration, will promote wholly the social and economic development of Henan province and becomes its pole of economic growth, and the middle part of China as well, bringing on the rise of economy in the middle part. Therefore, it is significant for its theoretical value as well as realistic value that to study Zhongyuan urban agglomeration from the perspective of economic integration.The study method runs as follows: based upon the researches relevant to urban agglomeration, and economic integration of urban agglomeration at home and abroad, this paper, taking city geography, economy geography, system science and city economics such courses as theoretical guidance, firstly constructs the basic framework for the study of economic system of urban agglomeration, regional system of urban agglomeration and economic integration of urban agglomeration; and secondly, adopting GIS and the method of Econometrics such techniques, has an analysis of the external situations and the inner basis for the economic integration of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration; adopting the best mode of economic integration, and then further studies integration of更多还原
