【摘要】 作为研究制度变革的方法,博弈理论有着其特有的优越性。博弈理论的结构框架能够将众多的影响均衡结果的因素纳入到一个整体性的模型中进行分析。通过模型分析不仅可以分析均衡产生的基础,预测作为博弈结果的均衡的稳定性,我们甚至可以在博弈中加入影响因素,分析使得均衡向更为有利于社会发展的方向进行的结构安排。 运用博弈理论、特别是动态博弈理论在研究制度问题方面的优越性,本论文将博弈研究方法运用到对金融监管制度建设的研究之中,重点研究金融监管的制度特征和与此相关的监管的结构性安排,从制度的形成、特性和发展等方面把握金融监管制度。 经济改革的深化,使得金融制度的改革成为整个经济改革成败的关键,其中,金融监管的理念以及与之相适应的组织结构变化和技术手段的提高成为金融改革的重中之重。特别是在加入WTO的金融保护期即将完成,我国金融行业即将面临世界发达金融冲击的时期,我国金融行业必须作出与时俱进的发展。 我国金融行业根植于计划经济时代,改革开放之前的行政管理机制无法完成市场经济条件下的金融管理,金融监管的制度变革没有完全跟上经济改革的步伐。虽然我国经济运行的状况在目前处于良好的状态,但隐性的危机随时威胁着我国经济发展的进程。随着经济全球一体化、金融全球一体化进程加快,我国金融监管必须从经济实践探索上升到理论完善,结合我国经济发展的实情,融合世界先进的金融监管理念,形成适合我国经济发展的金融监管制度和组织结构,成为当前我国金融急迫待解的任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a method of studying institutional changes, game theory has its advantages. Its structural framework enables put many factors affecting the equilibrium into a comprehensive model to analyze. The model analysis not only explores the causes of equilibrium, predicts the game balance and stability of equilibrium, but also puts the equilibrium to the structural arrangements which benefit the social development if we add some effecting factors in the game.This dissertation studies the fmancial supervisory institutions and related supervisory structural arrangements. It analyzes the features of the financial supervisory institution by use of game theory. Based on the game theory’s advantages on analyzing institutions, the author applies the research methods of game theory into the financial supervision and holds the financial supervisory institutions and their developments from the perspectives of the formation, characteristic and development of the institution.With the further development of economic reforms, the reform in financial institution grows the key to the success of the whole economic reforms. Furthermore, ideas on financial supervision and its related institutional changes become the most important factors in financial reform. China’s protection time in the WTO will end soon;our financial system will enter the period of facing the comprehensive internationalcompetitions, thus our financial system must adopt the new development. Our financial system roots from planned economy. The old administrative institutions could not satisfy the need of market economy. The changes of financial supervision did not catch up with the steps of the financial reform. Although the overall situation of our economy looks fine, the undercurrent crises threaten our economic process at any time. With the speeding of economic globalization, our financial supervision must find out its theoretical perfection from our real economic situation on the basis of adopting the advanced ideas of financial supervision in the world and set up our own financial supervisory institutions.
