我国产业生态系统(IES)稳定性影响因素研究

【摘要】 以生态工业园为代表的产业生态系统(Industrial Ecosystem,简称IES)是模仿自然生态系统的结构、机理而构建的区域性人工经济系统,是当前世界范围内可持续发展的重要实践形式。但是随着IES的逐步成熟,其结构、技术、外部等方面的诸多因素所带来的稳定性问题逐渐暴露,IES稳定性的研究正在成为一个具有理论意义和实践意义的学术新热点,越来越多的人开始关注究竟是哪些因素在显著影响我国IES的稳定运营,以及如何在中国规避IES运营风险、稳步推进IES建设。 本文以我国IES的稳定性影响因素为研究对象,从问题的提出与概念界定(第1章、第2章)、假设的生成(第3章)、假设的证明(第4章、第5章)、结果的讨论(第6章)展开理论研究与实证研究。论文主要工作可以归纳为以下3部分: 1.界定了基于多学科视角的IES稳定性内涵,提出了我国IES稳定性影响因素假设,开发了我国IES稳定性影响因素测量量表。 论文从控制学、生态学、管理学(企业联盟理论)、产业生态学等学科角度,对长期以来相对模糊的IES稳定性内涵作了辨析与界定。通过文献研究萃取了17个可能的IES稳定性影响因素,在进一步参考国内专家评分与IES实践调研结果的基础上,提出了10个符合我国IES实践需求、具有理论研究价值的待证明假设,并初步构建了我国IES稳定性影响因素的结构、外部与技术三维理论假设模型。开发了我国IES稳定性影响因素测量量表,可以为本领域类似研究提供可能的测量工具参考样本。 2.证实了政府支持、技术充足等5个因素对我国IES的稳定性具有显著影响,验证并修订了第1部分提出的我国IES稳定性影响因素理论模型。 论文首先在全国14个省(市、区)对47个IES开展了统计调查研究,采用统计学方法对各样本的稳定性影响因素和稳定性表现进行测量与关系研究,对影响因素假设进行剖析。在对我国某著名生态工业园区开展进一步解释性案例研究之后,论文最终确认了以下5个影响因素显著影响我国产业生态系统的稳定性,它们是:政府支持、技术充足、成员多样、关键种企业、合作距离。与此同时,信息平台、经济支持、空间距离、领导因素、相互依赖等因素也在一定程度上对我国产业生态系统的稳定性造成影响。在上述证明结论基础上修订并最终构建了第1部分提出的我国IES稳定性影响因素三维理论模型。 3.在剖析了政府支持、技术充足等4个主要被证实影响因素对我国IES稳定性作用机理的基础上,提出了各因素实践操作难点的解决方案。
【Abstract】 As an important practical form of sustainable development in the world, Industrial Ecosystem (IES) represented by Eco- Industrial Park is an artificial regional economic system to simulate structure and mechanism of natural ecological system. However, with the great improvement of IES, some stability problems caused by lots of factors in structure, exterior and technique come to expose. Research on the stability of IES is turning into a meaningful academic theme both in theoretical and practical fields. More and more people begin paying their attentions to the problem that which factors influence the stability of IES significantly and how to avoid the running venture and how to propel the construction of IES in China.In present paper, the IES in China is taken as the research object, with the integration of research in connotations defining (Chapter 1 & 2), hypotheses forming (Chapter 3), hypotheses proving (Chapter 4 & 5) and conclusions discussing (Chapter 6). The following three parts related to the study are carried out:1. The connotation of IES stability is defined and influence factor hypotheses of IES stability in China are presented. A structural questionnaire to survey influence factors is developed.The ambiguous connotation and influence factors of IES stability in past researches have been distinguished and defined in the paper in three different viewpoints of research on control engineering, ecology, management science (strategic alliance theory) and industrial ecology. 17 possible influence factors of IES stability are abstracted through reference review. 10 valuable hypotheses which accord with Chinese IES practice are selected after domestic Delphi survey and investigating some classic IES in China, and a hypothetic model for influence factors of IES stability in China is established in three dimensions of structure, exterior and technique. A survey questionnaire of influence factors of IES stability in China is developed which provides a possible referenced sample of questionnaire for other relative researchers.2. Five factors such as government support, sufficient technique are proved to be key factors influencing the stability of IES in China significantly and the hypothetic model proposed in part 1 for influence factors of IES stability in China is validated and emended.47 domestic IES samples in 14 provinces are surveyed and ccorrespongding statistic research methods are used to measure the performance and the relationship of the influence factors and the stability of the sample IES. It could analyze the influence factors in detail. Andafter an explanatory case study to a certain famous Ecological Industrial Park, the following 5 factors are proved influencing the IES stability in China significantly by the empirical researches: government support, sufficient technique, member diversity, keystone species enterprise and cooperation distance. It is also proved that the factors such as information platform construction, economic support, space distance, IES principals and member dependence are influential in some degree. The above conclusions construct and emend the three-dimensional model for influence factor of IES stability in China mentioned in part 1.3. The IES stability mechanisms about the 4 of the 5 proved influence factors are analyzed and solution schemes for the difficulties in operation are also proposed.After deep analysis for the mechanism of the 4 proved factors: government support, sufficient technique, member diversity and keystone species enterprise, researches such as Chineses IES government support model designing, concurrent engineering in IES based on knowledge management model designing, IES member diversity evaluation and keystone spices enterprise evaluation and selection, are carried out and application schemes are presented. The above study gives the dissertation prominence to practical meaning and policy guidance quality.
