钻探工程计算机辅助设计系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 本文通过对地质岩心钻探、水文水井钻探设计流程和定向钻孔轴线轨迹设计的总结分析,运用现代计算机技术(Delphi语言和OpenGL控件GLScene),从底层开发了独立自主版权的钻探工程计算机辅助设计系统和钻探工程信息平台。主要研究成果有: 1、通过查阅大量国内外文献,总结分析了地质岩心钻探和水文水井钻探设计的详细流程,为钻探工程的计算机辅助设计提供可靠的设计依据和逻辑设计。 2、鉴于系统开发成本、后期升级和对应用程序完全操控的需要,运用计算机图形学知识,从底层开发了一套完整的自主版权的钻孔结构矢量绘图系统,解决了目前大部分矢量绘图软件不能绘制地质地层、钻孔和套管等特殊图形对象的难题,可以很好地辅助钻探设计人员以日常习惯的设计方式“自下往上”逐渐推导和演算出钻孔孔身结构来进行钻孔施工设计。 3、根据岩心钻探规程、水文地质钻探规程和国内外网站资料,建立钻探施工的方法库、工艺参数库和设备库,根据地质岩心钻探和水文水井钻探的设计流程,通过计算机编程实现以向导的方式指导用户一步步设计和选用钻进方法、施工机具、钻孔参数和施工工艺参数,并提供接口程序供用户管理和维护这些数据库信息。 4、对定向钻孔轨迹设计进行了较深入的研究,建立和确定了二维、三维定向孔轴线轨迹设计的数学模型,利用OpenGL控件GLScene实现了二维、三维定向孔轴线轨迹的设计,以及根据测斜数据实时动态绘制实际钻孔轨迹和造斜施工过程中的定向造斜基本运算。 5、运用Asp.net技术和SQL Server数据库,建设了钻探工程信息平台,建立了各种钻探工程国家标准、行业标准、施工技术规程、工程范例、施工设备、工程材料、施工工艺方法知识,为广大钻探工程设计与施工技术人员提供了一个很好的查询、学习与交流的平台。

【Abstract】 According to the summary and analysis of core drilling and well drilling design process and directional drilling track design, the article developed the computer aided design system on drilling and drilling information web with the modern computer technology (Delphi computer language and OpenGL component). The main research result is:1. By means of refering abundant documents at home and abroad, summarized and analized the core drilling and well drilling design process, to provide dependable design foundation and logic principle of computer aided desgin system.2. Seeing the develop cost and post upgrade and need of completely control of the programe, the article developed the vector drawing system on drill structure with modern computer pictures knowledge, and solved the problem that the most vector drawing software can’t draw geological formation, and can design in custom of from bottom to top.3. According to the core drilling and well drilling regulation and web information at home and abroad, created the libraries of drilling method, process and devices, and provided the interface to manage these libraries. Base on core drilling and well drilling design process, designed programe to aid user to select and design drilling method, constructiong device and process parameters.4. By researching the track design on the directional drilling, created and confirmed the mathematics model of the track design on two-dimensional and three-dimensional directional drilling. Completed the programe of the track design on two-dimensional and three-dimensional directional drilling with OpegGL component GLScene.5. With the computer technology of Asp.net and SQL Server, created the drilling information web to provdie all kinds of libraries of country standard, profession standard, construction technology regulation, devices and construction process for user searching and browsing.
