流程企业动力设备的集成维护管理系统研究

【摘要】 对于流程型企业,例如发电、冶炼、化工企业等,现场生产设备,特别是动力设备的运行维护,在企业的生产活动中处于举足轻重的地位。故障设备的停运维修,将会导致巨大的生产损失,因此,如何作好动力设备的维修规划并缩短维修活动的响应时间就成为设备维护管理工程领域内的重要研究课题。本论文针对这一情况,结合流程企业的生产实际,提出了统一、有效的解决方案ICBEMM,即集成状态监测的动力设备维护管理系统,对动力设备的使用进行全程管理,这将会给企业带来较大的经济效益和社会效益。首先回顾国内外各阶段的设备维修工程理论及其发展趋势,指出这些理论在现场实施时的诸多不足,分析了流程企业动力设备维护管理所面临的问题及解决措施。提出将预防维修和预测维修进行集成统一,即建立ICBEMM,实现设备的软维护管理,避免预防维修可能造成的”过维修”或”欠维修”,以及预测维修带来的维护成本的增加和管理难度的加大。从实现功能和组织结构等角度分析了系统的必要性、优越性和可实施性,研究了预防维修理论、维修任务排程和备件库存控制等问题。介绍了动力设备的状态监测和故障诊断技术,针对流程企业动力设备不同的故障发生率和关键性,分别探讨了点检维护策略和在线监测维护策略的方案、构架和功能,给出科学合理、符合现场要求的状态诊断报告,建立了状态监测故障诊断系统与维护管理系统之间的有机结合,消除了两者之间的信息孤立。提出面向维修工单(包括计划工单和故障工单)的维修活动跟踪管理机制。采用UML建模技术,研究了ICBEMM工单管理业务的组织模式、静态特征和动态行为。基于维修工单的管理机制使得维修过程更加高效,更为重要的是,有效地将个人经验和维修知识转化为企业范围内的智力资本,作为维修规划的直接依据。将智能体技术引入到ICBEMM,理论上解决了系统结构和功能的可重构和可配置,以适应流程企业异构、分布、自治的信息环境,实现了分布式动力设备维护管理的新要求。智能化的ICBEMM能够指导动力设备的现场维护作业,大大提升流程企业的设备管理水平。研究了系统实现的软件技术架构。将ICBEMM的理念和模式成功应用到天津某发电厂动力设备的维护管理上,随着系统的不断使用,维修作业的准确性逐步得到提高,功能越来越完善,直至实现动力设备的软维护管理。
【Abstract】 For process industry, such as power plant, metallurgical plant, chemical plantand so on, MRO(Maintenance, Repair, Operation) of productive equipments,especially power equipments, are justifiably very important to enterprise’sproductive activities. Repair of fault equipment can lead to tremendous productiveloss, which calls for proper and exact maintenance scheme, and very shortresponse hours when it becomes to a research project of great importance in plantmaintenance field. Under the situation, the paper presents specific effectivesolution,i.e.,ICBEMM(Integrated Condition-Based Enterprise MaintenanceManagement).The proposed system can carry out comprehensive managementduring equipment’s serving life, which brings about considerable economic andsociable benefit.The paper firstly reviews various theories of plant maintenance internal andoverseas in different period of time, and summarizes to their disadvantages inpractice, and finally points out the problem and measure for process industry. Theestablished ICBEMM, whose goal is soft maintenance management, proposesintegration of CBM(Condition-Based Maintenance) and PM(PreventiveMaintenance), which can avoid excessive or scant maintenance of PM and the riseof maintenance cost and difficulty of CBM. ICBEMM, discussed respectively infunctional and organizational level, shows its necessity, unexampled superiorityand maneuverability. Theory of PM, repair-task scheduling and spare-part stockcontrol are also studied in this dissertation.Technologies of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis are introduced. Inview of the different fault rate and essentiality of power equipments, themaintenance policy of route inspection management and on-line monitoring areprovided with their own solution, truss and functions. The presented reasonableFault Diagnosis Report (FDR) bridges the maintenance management andcondition monitoring without “information island ”.Workorder-oriented management mechanism of repair process is firstlycreated for ICBEMM. Organization pattern, static structure and dynamic behaviorof Workorder management system are intensively researched based onUML(unified modeling language). Workorder-oriented management can not onlymake repair process efficient, but can translate personal experience and basicknowledge into enterprise-level shared resource, which directly builds up thefoundation to maintenance scheme.MAS(Multi-Agent System) based ICBEMM theoretically possesses theabilities of reengineering and reconfiguring at functional and structural level forHAD(Heterogeneous, Autonomous, Distributed) enterprise’s informationenvironment, which easily meets the need of enterprise’s distributed maintenancemanagement. Intelligent ICBEMM can guide practical maintenance exercise forprocess industry, and furthermore upgrade enterprise’s plant management level.The development architecture and critical software technology of ICBEMMare discussed finally. Successful execution of ICBEMM in certain Tianjin’s powerplant indicates better accuracy and more function with further use. ICBEMMultimately achieves its goal-soft maintenance management.
