全自动真空激光大坝变形测量系统的研制

【摘要】 大坝工程既代表了巨额投资和巨大的经济、社会效益,同时又蕴含着潜在的成灾风险。对此,各国都极为关注,并不遗余力设法降低大坝失事风险,大坝安全管理是其基本环节,而大坝监测则是实现安全管理的必要手段。 大量的事例表明:在大坝安全监测中,变形监测工作在及早发现问题,防止大坝失事、减轻灾害损失等方面已经取得了十分显著的成效。 本论文的主要工作是为辽宁省莅窝水库研制一套全自动真空激光大坝变形测量系统,主要工作内容如下: 1.本文采用数值模拟的方法,通过建立一个典型的数学模型,对真空激光波带片衍射成像系统进行了详细的理论分析和数值模拟,得到了若干对系统设计和实施有指导意义的结论;总结光路部分的计算结果为,真空激光波带片系统具有良好的成像特性,对各种常见的影响因素,如激光漂移,波带片的装设位置误差等,有很强的抗干扰能力,是一种稳定的大尺寸范围成像测量系统。 2.以数值模拟的结论为基础,为辽宁省葠窝水库研制开发出了一套全自动真空激光大坝变形测量系统,该系统的主要特点为:测量精度高,可同时测量大坝的水平垂直位移,精度为0.1mm;自动化、智能化程度高,整个系统实现了全自动运行;采用全密封设计;具有远程通讯、控制能力。在系统研发过程中,开发出了两种用于真空激光大坝变形测量的新技术,细径测量技术和接收端技术(已申请发明专利)。 3.系统研制完成后于2003年6月进入葠窝水库现场安装调试,并于2003年8月投入试运行,经过一年多的试运行,系统运行稳定,取得了大量测量数据。通过对数据的分析确认测量数据能够真实地反映大坝的变形。由于系统的高度自动化,可以对大坝进行连续不间断的变形测量,通过系统的高分辨率测量,发现了大坝以24小时为周期的变形规律,为提高大坝安全监测水平提供了一种新的途径。 经过一年多的试运行考核,系统完全达到了设计要求,于2004年10月份通过工程验收。

【Abstract】 Normally, dam project means substantive invest and mint social and economical benefit, but at the same time, it means huge potential disaster risk. All the countries have pay attention to the risk and have spared no effort to reduce it. Dam safety control system is the basic segment, dam health monitoring system is essential way to realize dam safety control.Deformation monitoring is part of dam health monitoring. Many examples proved that deformaton monitoring is a very effective method on finding abnormal dam states and preventing dam from fatal accident.In this dissertation, we developed an automatic vacuum laser dam deformation monitoring system for Shenwo reservoir located in Liaoning province. The main contents of this dissertation are classfied into three parts:1. We build a classical numerical model of vacuum laser zone-plate diffraction system. Through numerical simulation of the model, we get several important conclusions, totally, the vacuum laser zone-plate diffraction system has good imaging characteristic and is robust to disturbances such as laser beam drift and position error of zone-plate.2. Setup up the system according to the conulusions of numerical simulation. Merits of the system are with high accuracy (0.1mm); vertical and horizontal deformaton measurement simultaneous; automatic and intellectual measurement; totally enclosed, telecommunication and long-range control. Two newly invented technologys, narrow tube technology and laser receiver technology, were proposed and got patented.3. The system was installed in June 2003 and was put into test run since August 2003. During the test run more than one year, the system works stably and accurately. Through analysis of deformation data, a 24 hours deformation period of the dam has been found which can be used as a new possible way to increase dam safety control level.After test run, the system has passed test in October 2004 and received good comments from the reservoir administration.
