大批量定制的客户驱动模型与产品配置方法研究

【摘要】 大批量定制生产模式已经获得了国内外学者以及企业的很大重视。如何更好地反映客户需求对产品定制的影响,是大批量定制生产模式的主要研究内容之一,但从整体上看,未能形成完整的系统模型,尤其在定量分析上,缺乏一定的理论指导。 本文在对大批量定制的产品设计方法进行分析的基础上,重点研究了模块化设计方法;通过引入客户需求域和模块特性参数域,把客户需求与产品数据关联,并进行客户需求视图、功能视图和特性视图的映射,建立了大批量定制的客户驱动模型;在此基础上,探讨了基于客户驱动的产品配置方法,建立了基于匹配程度函数和相似实例匹配的产品配置模型,并进行了工程实例研究。主要工作包括以下几方面: (1)研究了适应大批量定制要求的产品设计方法,通过对传统模块化设计和广义模块化设计方法的分析,提出适合大批量定制的参数创成式模块化设计方法; (2)提出了一种以模块化设计为基础的大批量定制的客户驱动模型,通过客户驱动参数描述、参数映射、参数编码,建立定量描述的数学模型; (3)设计了基于客户驱动的产品配置的总体结构。通过建立产品配置的匹配程度函数,提出了组合性的产品配置方法。通过相似实例匹配,提出了特性参数相似性的产品配置方法; (4)通过改进的TOPSIS评价法,建立了产品族组合序列配置方案评价数学模型; (5)结合汽车底盘产品,对基于匹配程度函数的产品配置方法和基于相似实例匹配的产品配置方法进行了工程实例研究。

【Abstract】 Mass customization product mode is regarded in domestic and international scholar and enterprise. How to reflect the customer influence to customization production rather better is the main question in mass customization product mode. But the complete system model isn’t formed for the whole, particularly on the quantitative analysis, certain theory guidance is lack of.The product design method of mass customization is analyzed in this dissertation, especially the modular design method. Via the mapping of customer need view, function view and characteristic view, the customer-drive model for mass customization is structured, combining the customer need with the production data. Besides product configuration method for customer-drive is researched. And the project example is studied, using the product configuration model founded on the matching function and the similar example matching. Main research includes:1. The product design method for mass customization is analyzed. By the analysis of the tradition modular design and generalized modular design method, the parameter built modular design method for mass customization is put forward.2. The customer driven model for mass customization based on modular design is put forward. The mathematics model for qualitative description is established, via the description of customer drives parameter, the parameter mapping and the parameter coding.3. The collectivity configuration of the product configuration for customer-driven is designed. The product configuration combinatorial method is studied, using the matching function of product configuration. Besides the product configuration method of characteristic parameter comparability is suggested by the similar example matching.4. The mathematics mode of project evaluation to combination serial configuration of product family is constituted, exerting to the TOPSIS evaluation method.5. The project example research on product configuration method founded on matching function and the similar example matching, combined with the automobile chassis productions.
