【摘要】 竹集成材家具取材于竹材资源,很大程度上改变了家具业对木材资源的依赖。我国竹材资源丰富,而全竹家具市场广阔,开发竹集成材家具是一条缓解木材资源紧张、发挥竹材资源优势、促进山区的经济发展、实现竹材的工业化高效利用、提高竹产品的附加值,以及满足家具市场需求的行之有效且非常重要的途径。如何开发和发展竹集成材家具,是目前中国家具业面临的重要课题之一。本文首次对竹集成材家具从以下几个方面进行了较为全面和系统的研究。 1.在与十几家竹家具企业共同开发竹集成材家具和广泛调研的基础上,对新型竹集成材家具的特点、造型、结构、生产工艺等进行了研究,并从人体工效、家具品种、使用场所、安放形式、结构特征、表面处理、造型风格及造型线型等方面对新型竹集成材家具进行了较为系统的分类。 2.用竹集成材制成的家具别具一格,并已成为家具的新分支。在新型竹集成材家具设计中,应挖掘利用我国所独有的竹文化;在造型设计上,提出了竹片在竹集成材家具造型上具有的最基本的构成要素:点和线。竹片还具有造型中的色彩要素,且当前主要颜色为本色和棕色。竹集成材能以较小的尺寸满足强度要求以取得经济上的成效。造型更为轻巧;可以制作出新型竹集成材弯曲家具。 结合设计实践和实例,提出了竹集成材家具新产品的设计方法和开发途径,以供家具生产企业参考应用。 3.竹集成材的结构设计是竹集成材家具用材的关键部分,应融合到竹集成材家具设计中。在本研究中,竹集成材家具基材典型结构为竹质立芯板材结构和横拼板材结构。由此而制成的竹集成材家具既具有了中档硬实木家具的造型特点和加工特性,同时又具有利用木质人造板加工生产现代板式家具的特点;竹集成材板材边缘可以直接通过铣削加工成型;竹集成材家具接合方式也可以采用胶接合、榫接合、结构连接件接合、竹销(条)竹钉接合。 对典型结构强度和零部件以及新产品的力学性能进行测试和分析研究。 4.通过对竹集成材及其家具生产工艺进行系统的设计、分析研究和实际应用,特别是对竹集成材弯曲家具的生产工艺及竹集成材家具的防霉、防腐、防蛀和防变形处理技术的总结,为竹集成材和竹集成材家具的批量生产以及工艺技术的推广应用提供了一套系统完整的技术参考文献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The glued laminated bamboo furniture drawn resource of bamboo, has changed the reliance of the furniture industry on timber resources fundamentally. In our country there is abundant bamboo resource, and the market of the whole bamboo furniture is wide. Making up the lack of resource timber and utilizing bamboo resource, bringing about development of economy of the mountain area, improving the effective industrialized use value and adding value of the bamboo material, meeting the market demand, it is effective and very important to develop the glued laminated bamboo furniture, one of the important subjects of the Chinese furniture industry is how to develop the glued laminated bamboo furniture. This dissertation is the first study on the new-type glued laminated bamboo furniture relatively overall and systematically.The main results are shown as follows:1. On the foundation of extensive investigation and research, the categories, characteristics, formings, structures, and processes of the new-type glued laminated bamboo furniture are studied systematically. The new-type glued laminated bamboo furniture is classified systematically by human engineering science, furniture variety, place of using, emplacement form, surface treatment, forming or line type.2. Our country’s unique bamboo culture should be considered in design of the new-type glued laminated bamboo furniture. As the most basic forming elements, dot and line are also considered in forming design of bamboo piece. Bamboo piece still has color essential in forming, and the present main color is natural and brown. The new-type glued laminated bamboo can meet the request of intensity relatively with little size in order to make benefits economically. The forming is defter. It can be produced the curve furniture.Based on design practice and instance, the design methods of the exploiting and developing new product of the new-type glued laminated bamboo furniture have been presented to offer manufacturing enterprise of the furniture the reference and application.3. The structure design is the key component in design of new-type glued laminated bamboo furniture. In the research, typical structures of the new-type glued laminated bamboo are vertical core pressed panel and horizontal pressed panel. So the furniture manufactured by them already has not only characteristic of forming and processing of middle-grade hard wood furniture, but also has artificial panel characteristic which is processed and produced the modern panel furniture. Besides, the board edge processes forming through the milling type directly. The furniture joints have glue joint, tenon joint, hardware, bamboo pin.The typical structure strength and the mechanic properties of parts and new product are tested, then researched, analyzed.4. The systematic design, analysis, research and practical application on process technology of the new-type glued laminated bamboo and its furniture, especially the processtechnology of the new-type glued laminated bamboo curve furniture and the technique of antimoth, aatimildew, antiseptic and antidistortion of the new-type glued laminated bamboo furniture, are summarized in order to offer a set of systemic and intact technological references to the batch process and the popularizing and application of the technology of the new-type glued laminated bamboo and its furniture.更多还原
