【摘要】 本文是在对国内外城市区域发展理论进行综述的基础上,从城市竞争和区域协作两个方面,运用博弈论模型对城市竞争的策略选择、城市协作的制度安排,以及它们影响城市区域协调发展的机制进行的研究。第一章对城市区域的概念进行了辨析,从国外和国内两方面述评了城市区域发展理论的进展和趋势;第二章为本文研究的整体框架设计,介绍了研究背景、意义、目标、方法、主要内容及论文的结构框架;第三章是城市区域协调发展的系统分析,运用系统方法分析了城市区域协调发展的特点和实现过程,介绍了复杂学局部规则、生态学共生原理对城市区域协调发展的启示,分析了综合集成研讨厅体系在城市区域协调发展中的应用,为后文深入讨论城市区域协调发展的局部规则和共生秩序做了理论上的铺垫;第四章从城市竞争的层面,运用非合作博弈模型分析了城市区域协调发展的局部规则,即城市竞争策略及其影响城市区域协调发展的机制,主要内容包括地区本位城市竞争的内涵、形成原因和主要表现,非合作博弈论及其对地区本位城市竞争的解释,本章实证研究讨论了珠三角地区本位的城市竞争;第五章从区域协作的层面,运用合作博弈模型分析了城市区域协调发展的共生秩序,即城市协作的制度安排及其影响城市区域协调发展的机制,主要研究内容包括城市区域区域主义的历史发展、现状特征,城市协作的制度安排以及运用合作博弈模型对其的分析,实证研究讨论了珠江三角洲城市协作的制度安排和管理组织模式;第六章是研究结论。在理论研究方面,本文强调了跨学科研究在城市区域协调发展中的意义,探索了系统思维、博弈论思维与地理学思维融合的研究理念。在研究方法方面,本文构建了从城市竞争和区域协作两个层面出发的研究框架,探讨了系统方法、非合作博弈模型、合作博弈模型在城市区域协调发展系统分析、城市竞争、区域协作分析中的应用。在实证研究方面,本文结合实例,揭示了城市竞争、区域协作及其与城市区域协调发展的关联和机制,为引导城市竞争、规范区域协作的管理提供了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research analyzes strategy choices in city competition and institutional organizations of city cooperation as well as the mechanism through which these two elements exert their influences on coordinated development within city regions. This research is based on an overall examination of the developments in the theories about city region development. It recognizes that prominent tendency of interdisciplinary study in this development and, as a contribution to these explorations, suggests the idea that the theoretical building in the area of regional geography may draw some help from the experiments of thinking embodied in systematic science and game theory. Methodologically, this research designs a framework which establishes both city competition and regional cooperation as two essential coordinates for analysis. Within such a framework, it explores the possibility of applying the methods of system science, non-cooperation game theory and cooperation game theory to the problems concerning the coordinated developments within city regions. This research is further supported by a series of case studies which help to demonstrate with concrete examples the complicated relationship between city competition, city cooperation and regional coordinated development. On the basis of these case studies, this research also provides some practical suggestions for the managemental intervention in the current development of city competition and cooperation. This research consists of the following six chapters. Chapter One: Literature Review 1) Discussions on the related concepts concerning city regions 2) A comprehensive review on the related researches about city regions Chapter Two: The Framework for the Thesis and the Design for the Research.
