【摘要】 现代物流企业是现代经济的重要组成部分,随着科学技术的迅猛发展和经济全球化趋势的增强,加入WTO组织后,我国的经济要想融入世界经济,必须加快营造现代物流的宏观环境。我国的企业要参与国内外市场竞争,必须加快物流管理理念、技术和组织方式的改善和提升。进入二十一世纪,经济全球化发展使市场、资源、技术、人才的国界限制被打破。在世界经济领域中,国家与国家的竞争开始更多表现在不同国家之间及企业在产业分工与产业价值链中效益的竞争。由于竞争的加剧,各国的企业都在寻求提高效益降低成本的途径,“物流业”被称为经济的“黑暗大陆”,降低成本的“最后边界”,企业“第三利润源泉”。作为“核心竞争力”的物流业,正发挥越来越重要的作用。 企业竞争力是物流企业发展的主体,物流企业竞争力的提升对我国的现代企业的建设有着积极的作用。本文以研究物流企业竞争力为目标,将企业竞争力的研究做为一个系统,以一个崭新的角度,研究现代物流建设中的发展问题,充分发挥企业竞争力,提高物流企业竞争的能动作用。本文探讨了物流企业竞争力各主要要素现状,系统地分析物流企业的特征,揭示了提升物流企业竞争力的实质。应用现代经济学原理、竞争力理论、研究发挥竞争力在解决这些问题中的作用,解决物流企业发展中存在的问题。 本文系统分析和研究了竞争力在物流企业发展中的主体地位和关键作用,构建了我国物流企业竞争力建设的总体框架,提出了我国物流企业竞争力问题研究的指导思想、发展战略及发展模式。指出对物流企业竞争力问题的系统研究,能综合发挥竞争力的作用,在现代物流企业建设中发挥着不可替代的作用。 本文对物流企业竞争力的提高进行了定性与定量的评价。首先将“动力学模型”引入我国物流企业竞争力分析系统,通过动力学模型建立与运行物流企业竞争力因果关系系统,并进行分析,实现了物流企业竞争力在我国现代物流企业发展中的作用。本文针对目前我国物流企业发展中存在的问题,对我国物流企业发展提出了可行性的发展对策和建议以及理论指导和决策依据。我国物流企业要发展成为具有竞争力的现代物流企业,必须符合现代经济发展规律和可持续发展战略要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Logistics service enterprises are the important component of the modern economy, With the swift and violent development of science and technology and enhancement of the economic globalization trend, joining WTO, to incorporate the international economy , the economy of our country must accelerate building the macroscopical environment of the logistics service . to participate in the domestic and international market competition , Enterprises of our country must accelerate the logistical idea of management , technology and improve the way that organizes enterprise and promote it. Entering 21st century, international economic developed by integration makes the national boundaries on the market , resource , technology , talent broken. In the international economic field, the competition among coutries is more and more displaying in the competition of different coutry enterprise between dividing the work and industry value chain. Because of the aggravation of the competition, the enterprises of various countries are seeking the way to increase the benefit and lower costs , " logistics industry " is known as " the third profit source " of enterprise, " circle backmost" of the economic " dark continent " for lowering costs and " key competitiveness " logistics industry in future will play an more and more important role.Enterprise’s competitiveness is the main body of enterprise’s development of the logistics, the promotion of the logistics enterprise’s competitiveness has positive function to the construction of modern enterprises of our country. This text regards studying the logistics enterprise’s competitiveness as the goal, does the research of enterprise’s competitiveness as a system, with a brand-new angle, and studies the development problems in logistics service construction of logistics enterprise, the ones that give full play to enterprise’s competitiveness and improved logistical enterprise’s activity in competition. This text probes into every key element’s current situation of enterprise’s competitiveness of logistics, analyses the characteristics of logistics enterprises systematically, announces the essence of promotion of the enterprise’s competitiveness of logistics. By using modern economics principle, competitiveness theory , and doing research to give play to the role of solving these problems in competitiveness , it can solve the problems that exist in enterprise’s development of the logistics.By network analysis and studying the subject position and key effect of competitiveness in logistics enterprises, this text structure the overall frame of the construction of logistics enterprise’s competitiveness of our country, guidelines , development strategy and development model of the logistics enterprise of our country. It points out that the construction of logistics service enterprises is exactly by a system of research of enterprise’s competitiveness question of the logistics, giving play to the role of competitiveness synthetically, and the research of enterprise’s competitiveness question of the logistics is playing an irreplaceable role in enterprise’s construction of the logistics service.This text goes on to determine the qualitative and quantitative appraisal on the improvement of competitiveness of logistic enterprise. It introduces the" dynamics model" of logistics enterprise’s competitiveness analyticl system of our country at first, establishes and operates about the systematic causality of enterprise’s competitiveness of the logistics and analyses through the dynamics model, and realizes the development of logistics service enterprises of our country about the comprehensive function of the logistics enterprise’s competitiveness .This text, regarding to the question existing in the logistics enterprise’s development of our country at present, has put forward logistics enterprise’s development countermeasure and suggestion of our country that give play to the role of competitiveness subject with feasibility, has offered the feasible theoretical direction and decision basis for development of logistics enterprises of our country, which are according with the modern economic rule of development and sustainable development strategy requested in order to develop logistics enterprises of our country into logistics service enterprises, competitive logistics service enterprises.更多还原
