【摘要】 本文以历史时间演进中中国古代旅馆的起源和流变历史考察为基础,研究和考察了古代旅馆的起源与产生、古代旅馆在名称、经营、管理、服务和建筑、古代行宫苑囿等方面在每一个历史时代的关系和痕迹,及其所表现出的特定现象,归纳它们的空间流变形态和流变结构,分析社会经济、技术发展和朝纲意识诸因素对旅馆起源与发展的作用,总结中国古代旅馆流变中所表现的特点和规律性。本文首先提出了具有商业意义的中国古代旅馆形成所应具备的三个必然的历史条件,并对其进行了历史性的分析和考察,从而论证了属于研究范畴的中国古代旅馆起源于商代的命题。旅馆是社会经济发展的必然产物,中国古代旅馆的发展在漫长的历史阶段中同步于社会经济的发展而发生了符合历史阶段规律性的变化。本文借助历史学、社会学方法,依靠经济史观和方法论,从以下七个方面对中国古代旅馆发展中的这种符合历史阶段规律性的变化进行了考察和研究:(1)古代旅馆的功能性、类型性与规模性在时空立面上的宏观形态与结构上的流变;(2)古代旅馆名称在表征形态上多样性与复杂性的流变;(3)古代旅馆经营思想、经营环境与经营特点在宏观与微观、表层与深层上的空间形态之流变;(4)古代旅馆在管理体制、税制、住宿管理制度、饮食与接待管理制度、会馆规约管理等方面的表现形态和发展规律;(5)“宾至如归”服务观念指导下古代旅馆的服务项目与服务设施设备的流变;(6)古代旅馆建筑形态、功能、结构与建筑风格和特色的流变以及(7)古代行宫苑囿形态、功能、结构、特征的流变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the review of the origin and historical evolution of the ancientChinese hotel, this dissertation is a research on the origin, name, operation,management, service, architecture, ancient palace and their relationship andtraces during every historical period and the special phenomenon produced fromit. The author also outlines the spatial formation and evolution construction of theancient Chinese hotel, analyses the function of many factors to the origin anddevelopment of the hotels such as social economy, technical development, courtorientation and ideology, and then sums up the characteristics and the law of theancient Chinese hotel during its evolution.The author firstly puts forward the three inevitable historical factors that theformation of every ancient Chinese hotel with the characteristic of commerceshould possess. Next, the author analyses and reviews it from the historicalaspect, so as to testify the statement that the ancient Chinese hotel, which belongsto the research realm, is originated from the Shang dynasty.The hotel was the inevitable result of the development of the socialeconomy, and the development of the Chinese ancient hotel synchronizes withthe development of the social economy during the long period of the historicalstage, so the changes that conform to the historical law has taken place. With thehelp of the research method of history and sociology, and depending on theconception of economic history and methodology, the author has made a reviewand study of the changes from the following seven aspects:(1) the evolution of macro-formation and construction in the dimension ofspace and time of the ancient hotel’s function, type and scale;(2) the evolution in the appearing formation with variety and complexity ofthe ancient hotel’s name;(3) the evolution of the space formation in macro and micro, surface anddeep-layer of the ancient hotel’s managing thoughts, surroundings and characters;(4) the form of appearance and developing law in the system ofmanagement, tax, accommodation, food & beverage, reception, guildhallregulations and so on;(5) the evolution of the ancient Chinese hotel’s service item and service更多还原
