【摘要】 企业核心能力发现是企业核心能力理论应用于实践的最重要的环节,论文对企业核心能力挖掘的应用基础工作进行了系统深入的研究。 总结了目前企业核心能力识别的最新研究进展,对当前国内外企业核心能力识别与实证研究进行了详细的分析和讨论。论文将当前企业核心能力识别方法归结为三类:概念模型的企业核心能力识别、基于模糊评价或聚类技术的企业核心能力识别、基于层次分析法的企业核心能力识别,并分析了这三种方法不能很好地解决企业核心能力识别这一问题的原因。论文研究指出企业核心能力识别在本质是企业核心能力挖掘,指出了企业核心能力挖掘包含四个重要内容:企业竞争力定位分析,企业核心能力客户数据挖掘分析,企业核心能力内部文本挖掘印证分析,企业核心能力风险分析与管理,这四个部分是一个有机的整体。 根据企业核心能力支持企业获得持续性竞争优势,竞争优势是企业竞争力的市场反映,所以论文第二章研究如何进行企业竞争力定位分析,评判企业是否具有持续性竞争优势,为企业核心能力的客户数据挖掘提供基础。在企业竞争力定位分析过程中,根据权重因素对企业竞争力评价的影响,论文提出了两种基于客观数据的权重分配方法,针对权重方法的实际应用情况,提出了主客观权重的无偏好权重融合方法,论文将该方法用于本文提出的多变量加权决策树的构造中。多变量加权决策树可以实现企业竞争力快速定位分析。 在判断一个企业是否具有持续性竞争优势之后,为进一步判断一个具有竞争优势的企业是否具有核心能力,论文第三章根据企业核心能力对客户期望功能的重要作用,研究如何通过企业客户数据挖掘出企业技术与客户期望功能之间的关系,确定企业可能的核心能力之所在。在企业核心能力客户数据挖掘分析中,围绕企业—产品/服务—客户这一个中心问题,研究了客户关系管理与企业核心能力之间的关联关系,指出了客户关系管理是为企业核心能力服务的,并提出利用客户关系管理系统来实现企业核心能力的客户数据挖掘分析。研究出一个企业核心能力数据挖掘系统的功能模型并提出在企业核心能力挖掘过程中要选择恰当的粒度。 针对从客户数据中挖掘出来的可能的企业核心能力,论文第四章研究怎更多还原

【Abstract】 The finding of core competence is the most important link in the appliance of core competence theory; so systematic and detailed research on applied fundamental of the core competence mining has been done in this dissertation in this aspect.Based on the review of present research progress of the identification of core competence, and the analysis and detailed discussion of the identification and positive study. In this dissertation the measures about the core competence identification can be divided into three sorts: (1)the measure based on the notional model, (2)the measure based on the fuzzy evaluating or fuzzy clustering and (3)based on the AHP, at the same time this dissertation analyzed the cause that those measures can’t do well in the finding of core competence. It has been recognized that the essence about the identification of core competence is the mining of core competence. The researches show that the mining of core competence includes four important sections: (Dthe analysis of the enterprise competence evaluating, (2)the data mining analysis of core competence from customer’s data, (3)the text mining certification of core competence from inside and (4)the one of the core competence risk, which makes a whole.According to that the core competence supports the sustainable competitive advantage, which is expression of the enterprise competence, firstly, in order to offer a base for the mining of core competence this dissertation judges if an enterprise bears the sustainable competitive advantage based on the enterprise competence evaluating in Chapter 2. In the analysis process of the enterprise competence evaluating, according to the influence of weight on the enterprise competence evaluating, two weight allocation measures based on the objective data have been pointed out in this dissertation. Aiming at the practical application of weight allocation measures, a Weights Adjustment without subjectivepreference has been put forward in this dissertation, which is used in configuration of weighted multivariate decision tree that will be helpful in promptly analyzing and positioning on the enterprise competence evaluating.After the judgment of whether an enterprise possesses the sustainable competitive advantage and in order to judge whether an enterprise with sustainable competitive advantage possesses the core competence or not, this article uses the data of customers to mine the relations between the technique and the function of customers and the possible core competence in Chapter 3. In the data mining analysis of core competence from the customer’s data, in this dissertation the relationship between core competence and CRM has been researched Concentrated on the central problem: enterprise - product/service -customer . It has been recognized that the CRM should be used for the service of core competence; the CRM can be used to deal with the data mining analysis of core competence from outside. A prototype on the core competence data mining system has been developed and during the mining process the appropriate granularity should be pay attention to.Based on the possible core competence from mining of customer’s data, this dissertation uses text-mining technique to testify the possible core competence in the Chapter 4. Based on the understanding that the core competence is eminent represent of integrated competence of enterprise, it has been shown that the result of the data mining analysis of core competence from mining of customer’s data should be testified in the enterprise’s inner operation. In this dissertation, the text mining technology has been used to certify the result of data mining and the procedure on the testifying of core competence text mining has been shown at the same time.According to long-term character of core competence construction, and the universalism of Chinese enterprise’s having not core competence but at the same time they must construct it, so this dissertation presents the synthesized integrated management of core competence in Chapter 5. According to the characteristics of core competence’s mining, cultivating, improving and the analysis of risk factors during that process, it has been shown that the risk factors can be divided into market risk, technology risk, management risk and moral risk.
