【摘要】 目前我国正处在城市化加速期,大规模、高速度的城市建设过程中隐藏着社会、环境等、“建设性破坏”破坏问题。随着社会转型、社会阶层分化,我国又出现了社会矛盾激化、社区空间异化等一系列与建设“和谐社会”目标相左的新问题亟待解决。目前,社区规划已经逐渐转向人文社会的探索,新建社区的物质环境也在迅速改善。然而,社区规划建设实践与社会原则相背离的现象仍普遍存在,社区的人际关系冷漠也已是不争的事实。这都有待于我们必须从源头上重新探寻社区规划建设的症结并寻求根本解决之道。 从城市规划角度来看,城市社区是折衷了城市化和逆城市化的小城镇模式,花园城市、邻里单位、英国的新城运动、美国的新城市主义等理念模式都属此类。传统社区规划以单一居住生活和微观物质空间为对象的研究,忽视了社区产生的多维因素,致使传统社区微观空间营造难以形成人与环境互动延伸出来的交往、社会资本等社会意义。所以,社区规划要取得突破性进展必须超越微观的、单一居住生活的研究视角,重新从地域微观以及城市社区的时空连续统一体中认识社区空间的社会性本质及社区营造的综合动力机制。此外,探寻符合社区会社原则的空间必须首先明晰其社会原则的内涵,并将城市空间整合与社区微观营造相结合,而将空间模式研究与可行性的政策研究相结合则可进一步增强研究的系统性与实效性。 笔者剖析了社区规划的社会原则,进一步将其分为两个层面的具体目标——社区精神和社会整合,辨析了其在现实社区规划实践中的差异,并作为社区空间规划研究的导向目标。笔者以社会空间、时间—空间和日常生活的综合视角,从宏观和微观两个层面,多角度透视了社区的物质和社会成因,建构了社区动力学理论框架;另一方面,从两个空间层面(城市和社区)和社会目标层面(社区精神和社会整合)探索了与社会原则相统一的城市社区空间形态模式和空间调控策略,总体概括为三个方面: ① 城市生活空间的地域化调控;重新认识了社区地域空间的社会性,探寻符合社会原则的社区空间原型,提出了重塑城市社区形态结构与空间肌理的新理念和政策调控机制。 ② 社区微观空间的精细化设计;以社区精神为要旨,结合大量的社区调研,重新审视社区规划的空间要素,如规模、边界、中心等存在的问题,提出了有针对性的空间设计对策。 ③ 回归社会原则的社区微观空间变革;针对目前在市场主导的社区规划建设中,社区精神与社会整合原则背离的现象,论文探索了社区精神与社会整合原则统一的社区空间模式和空间调控机制。 总之,论文分析了社区规划的社会原则及其动力机制,在此基础上,从城市中观、社区微观两个层面探索了符合社会原则的社区空间形态及政策调控机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, we are in the stage of rapid urbanization. A lot of destroy hide behind the rapid, large-scale city construction. With the social transformation and the emergence of the social groups, many new problems which contravene the harmonious society come into being and waiting for dealing with.Although the community plans and construction have turn to the exploring of the humanistic society gradually and the physical circumstance in those new communities is being improved quickly, we still can see that many phenomena just as the construction falling away the social principal. Ironically, we can see the fact that the community we call for is fading away.These entire ridiculous situations urged us to rethink the problems on community planning and seek the ultimate outlet. So, this paper put forward the social principles for the community planning, differentiate its practical aims-the community spirits and social integration. On one hand, in view of the social-space, the time-space and everyday life, the paper analyzed the mechanism of the community-formation and established the frame of community-dynamics; on the other hand, from two aspects of the problem one factor is the space, the other is the social target, the paper probed the new space strategy, model and management policies which correspond to the society principles. It includes.1. The organization and regulation of the city space under the society principles. The paper reconsidered the sociality of community space, found the model of community that correspond to the society principles and posed new ideas and models to rebuild the form of the society and community.2. Micro-space planning and design for community. With a lot of investigation, the author reviewed the problems about the traditional space elements that exist in community planning, such as space-scale, center and boundary. Furthermore, brought forward the effective policies about space -design.3. The way of transforming the community micro-space according to principles of the society. The thesis analyzed the phenomenon that the community spirits falling away the principles of the society-conformity in the process of the actuality community construction and planning under the market economy, probed the new space strategy, model and management policies which correspond to the society principles.更多还原
