水电工程可视化动态信息管理与控制理论方法及其应用

【摘要】 水电工程项目管理往往涉及众多的信息,且这些信息随着工程建设的进展具有很强的时态性。传统的水电工程信息管理系统一般缺乏对动态信息的管理以及对信息直观表达的能力,而且对于如何在实现信息的可视化直观表达、以及众多信息的综合集成的基础上,进行工程项目的动态管理与控制更是少有研究。现代水电工程建设对项目管理水平有了越来越高的要求,充分利用先进计算机技术和网络技术,来构建具有可视化、网络化、智能化的信息管理与控制平台是提升现代水电工程管理水平的重要途径。本文基于此出发点,结合实际水电工程应用,采用系统工程理论、管理信息理论及可视化仿真理论等,对水电工程可视化动态信息管理与控制的理论方法进行了深入研究。本文主要的研究内容及成果如下: (1)提出了基于可视化仿真的水电工程动态信息管理与控制方法,深入研究了水电工程可视化动态信息管理方法和水电工程的可视化仿真技术,并在此基础上,提出了基于工程可视化仿真的工程项目动态管理与控制的方法,为实现水电工程管理的直观可视化开辟了新的途径。 (2)紧密结合云南苏帕河阿鸠田水电工程的具体情况,在分析系统开发思路及原则的基础上,围绕水电工程项目管理的三大目标,研制开发了阿鸠田水电工程可视化动态信息管理与控制系统,提出了工程进度管理与控制系统、工程投资管理与控制系统、工程合同管理系统、工程施工三维动态可视化仿真系统、工程地质三维可视化模拟系统等多个子系统的功能设计及实现方法,实现了直接面向施工现场的工程动态信息的可视化管理与控制,为管理人员提供迅速准确的决策支持。 (3)针对水电工程的行业特点,利用计算机技术、网络技术以及数据库技术等先进技术,研究了网络环境下水电工程综合信息管理系统开发方法,包括基于 Internet 的系统工作模式,基于 B/S 与 C/S 综合的系统信息访问与交互模式,以及各子系统(包括办公自动化系统、综合业务管理系统、档案管理系统、人力资源管理系统、会计电算化系统及系统配置管理系统)的开发途径和实现的功能;并以阿鸠田水电工程为例,研制开发了阿鸠田水电工程综合信息管理系统,为实现工程远程管理与实时控制提供了有力的手段。 (4)上述理论方法以及研制开发的软件系统在苏帕河阿鸠田水电工程建设管理和实时控制中得到了成功应用,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益,具有较大的推广应用前景。

【Abstract】 Generally, a lot of information is concerned in project management ofhydropower engineering, and the information change great in the progress ofengineering construction. The ability of dynamic information management andinformation,s intuitionistic expression, moreover, dynamic management and controlof project on the base of visual intuitionistic expression and information integration isstudied rarely. The requirement of project management level is higher and higher inhydropower engineering construction, through using of advanced computer andInternet technology, the establishment of visual, net and intelligent platform ofinformation management and control is the important means to improve hydropowerengineering management level. Hydropower engineering construction managementand control is integrated, systems engineering theory, management information theory,visual simulation theory and so on are adopted, the theory and means of hydropowerengineering visual dynamic information management and control is studied in thispaper. The main contents and achievements of this thesis are listed as following: ( 1 ) The methodology of management and control of dynamic visualinformation for hydropower engineering is presented in this thesis, visual dynamicinformation management method and visual simulation technology is lucubrated.Onthe base of that, engineering dynamic visual management and control method basedon engineering visual simulation, a new way of hydropower engineering visualintuitionistic management is inaugurated. (2)Aim to the instance of AJiuTian hydropower project, on the basis of thedeep analysis for system exploitation, surrounding three goal of hydropowerengineering, the management and control system of dynamic visual information forhydropower engineering is developed. The development of method of schedulemanagement and control system, investment management and control system, qualitymanagement and control system, engineering three-dimension dynamic visualsimulation, engineering geology three-dimension dynamic visual simulation areadvanced, management and control of dynamic visual information for hydropowerengineering faced construction scene is realized, which provide manager with fast,exact decision-making support. (3)With the technology of computer, Internet and database, the exploitationmethod integrated management information system in the Internet environment isstudied, includes system work mode based on Internet, system information accessing<WP=5>and interreaction mode based on B/S and C/S, exploitation mode and achievedfunction of subsystem(consist of OAS, synthetical operation management system,archives management system, manpower resource management system, accountantautomatic calculation system and system scheme management system). TakenAJiuTian hydropower project as example, AJiuTian hydropower project syntheticalinformation management system is exploited, help to the realization of long-distancemanagement and real time control. (4)Above-mentioned approaches and exploited software systems are appliedsuccessfully in the construction management and real time control of AJiuTianhydropower project obvious economic and social benefit is acquired, and theperspective of its application would be very bright.
