广义产品建模方法的研究

【摘要】 建模是21世纪制造业的一项关键支撑技术,合理的产品建模对产品开发成功与否有重要的意义。本文借鉴本体论的思想,从结构和历史两个角度探索了机械类产品信息的组成,全面研究了基于广义二元组的产品建模方法及其应用模式。主要工作包括以下几个方面:1)探讨了广义设计的基本概念、模式和关键问题,给出了广义产品模型的信息组成。将本体论思想和面向对象方法相结合,研究了广义产品模型的构建方法,提出了广义信息元、关联元和广义二元组的概念并给出了其属性定义,实现了广义产品模型的XML表达,进而提出了广义产品建模系统的体系结构。2)研究了面向广义设计的产品结构建模方法,提出了广义结构元和结构关联元的概念并建立了各自的属性模型,包括管理、设计、视图、功能、工程和评价六个基本结构属性和功能、定位和运动三个结构关联属性。在此基础上构建了广义结构信息的层次模型,以递归二元组的统一模式实现了产品结构信息的描述。3)研究了面向广义设计的产品历史建模方法,提出了历史元和历史关联元的概念并建立了各自的属性模型。针对设计过程提出了搜索、绘制等九个基本交互活动和决策、意图等四个基本思维活动,在此基础上构建了广义历史信息的层次模型,以递归二元组的统一模式实现了产品历史信息的描述。4)探讨了广义设计信息的捕获机制、设计知识的管理维护策略和设计历史的回溯等技术。结合商用造型软件SolidWorks,开发了一个广义产品建模系统,该系统已进行了应用验证,并取得了较满意的效果。

【Abstract】 Modeling method is a key supporting technology of manufacturing industry in 21st century. An appropriate product model has great influence on the success of product development. Based on the idea of ontology, this article aimed to explore the elements of product information such as mechanicals from the structure and history aspect and the product modeling method based on generalized duality its application schema is studied fully. The main efforts and contribution of this dissertation are as follows:1) The basic concept of generalized design including: the concept, schema and key issues are discussed and the elements of generalized product information are presented. Combining the idea of ontology and the O-O method,the generalized product model is studied and the generalized information unit, relation unit and the concept of generalized duality unit are put forward and the XML expression of generalized product model is presented. Finally, the architecture of product modeling system is presented too.2) The product structure modeling method for generalized product design is studied. The concept of generalized structure unit and structure relate unit and there property model are presented, including six basic structure property such as management, design, view, function, engineering and evaluation etc and three relation property such as function, position and motion etc. And based on these properties the layer model of generalized structure information is constructed. The uniform schema for description of product structure information is implemented.3) The product history modeling method for generalized product design is studied. The concept of history unit and history relate unit and there property model are presented. As to design process, nine basic interaction activities such as search, paint etc and four basic thinking activities such as decision, intent etc are put forward. And based on these properties the layer model of generalized history information is <WP=6>constructed. The uniform schema for description of product history information is implemented.4) The snap mechanism of generalized product design information, the management of design knowledge and the back mechanism of design history technology is studied. A generalized product modeling system based on Solidworks which is a kind of modeling software is developed. The system has been used and satisfying result has been attained.
