建国以来金融制度思想演进研究

【摘要】 基于“金融与经济增长正相关”认定的前提下,本文详实展现了经济体制变迁下中国金融制度思想发展的轨迹和脉络,并在此基础上进行了制度分析。具体的研究内容如下:第一章在介绍建国后经济现实和思想路径依赖的基础上,对金融国有化和行政调控机制思想和大力发展农村信用社的认识进行了介绍,并提出了国家利益主导之说和内在互补性制度趋于稳态的发展。第二章在计划经济体制和信用必要性认识的前提下,展现了金融组织国有化和行政调控思想以及农村信用社思想的进一步发展,并提出稳定、低效均衡制度的形成。第三章以分权化改革作为开端,展示了国有金融组织市场化的演进和农村信用社实质性的国有化思想,以及调控机制的两难选择思想,提出金融制度正处于向新的稳态均衡形成这样的动态发展过程之中。第四章在表明经济体制市场化改革取向和经济理论研究新视角形成的前提下,展现了金融组织和调控机制的市场化调整思想,提出金融制度向新的高效稳态均衡制度的收敛。第五章对金融组织与调控机制思想的演变进行了总考察,指出金融制度创新过程中,必须对国家职能予以准确定位和互补性制度的建立和健全。第六章是用互补性制度框架对思想变迁进行了解释,并对金融制度的变迁进行了前瞻性思考。这种以具有微观基础的金融调控机制作为金融制度构成要素所进行的研究,不但对中国转轨过程中金融体系低效的研究提供了新视角,而且对改善宏观经济运行具有较强的现实意义。在对思想演进梳理的过程中,不但呈现出中国金融制度从低效均衡向高效均衡的动态演进过程,而且还综合运用了制度演进和历史制度分析,并将均衡和实证分析也有机地融合进去。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the prerequisite of " finance and economic growth positive correlation ",this dissertation has fully represented the train and orbit of China’s finance institution thought development under economic system changes and has carried on institution analysis on this basis.The concrete research contents are as follows: Chapter one on the basis of introduction to economic reality after the foundation of the state and thought path, have carried on the introduction to thought of financial nationalization and administrative regulation and control mechanism and developing the rural credit co-operative organization , and has put forward the leading national benefit and inherent complementary system tending towards the development of the stable state .Chapter two on the premise of planned economic system and knowing credit necessity, has represented further development of finance institution nationalization and administrative regulation and control thought and rural credit organization thought, and has put forward the forming of the stability ,poor efficiency balanced system.Chapter three regard as the beginning with the discentralization reform,has showed that gradual marketing progress of stated financial institution and substantive nationalization thought of the rural credit office in state-run finance, and choose the thought , propose that the monetary system is being formed in such a dynamic evolution proportionally to the new stable state in the facing a difficult choice of regulation and control mechanism.Chapter four under the prerequisite of indicating economic system marketization reforms and the orientation of economic new visual angle of theoretical research form, representing the thought of marketization adjustment to financial institution and regulation and control mechanism,has put forward the convergence from financial institution to new high-efficient balanced system of stable state .Chapter five on the basis of investigating the development of financial institution thought and the mechanism thought of regulation and control, has pointed out it is necessary to make accurate reservation to the functions of the state and <WP=9>the setting-up of complementary system in the financial system innovation course.Chapter six has explained the thought changes with the complementary system frame and have carried on perspective thinking on financial institution changes in the future.This kind of research on financial regulation and control mechanism with micro foundation as the key element of financial institution ,not only has offered the new visual angle to the study on financial system poor efficiency in China’s transition course but also have stronger realistic meanings in improving macro economical operation.In the course of combing to the gradual progress thought, this dissertation not only has demonstrated China’s financial institution from the balanced dynamic gradual progress course to the high-efficient equilibrium of poor efficiency but also has used institution evolution and historical institution analysis,and and also has merged real example and equilibrium analysis .更多还原
