GPS与GIS技术在ITS系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着我国现代化进程的加速发展和全国道路网的快速建成,我国汽车保有量迅速增加,出现了交通事故频繁、交通堵塞、环境污染等交通问题。这和发达国家一样已经成为整个社会的公害问题。解决这些问题,除了交通工程设施建设外,一个很关键的步骤是发展智能交通系统。本文主要研究了GPS和GIS技术在ITS中的主要信息平台上的应用,以及基于CORBA的地区智能交通系统的设计与实现。该系统是智能交通的基础,将进一步发展成为智能交通系统。 本文对ITS中GPS的概念、理论和实现方法进行了深入地研究,重点放在了GPS的定位原理和定位算法,结合卡尔曼滤波提出了基于随机复形法的量测模型,用软硬件实现了GPS接收系统原型。 对于ITS中的GIS技术,本文主要研究了当前热点WebGIS技术和空间数据挖掘技术,以及GIS技术和空间数据挖掘技术在智能交通系统中的应用,将空间数据挖掘技术中的离群点检测方法应用在ITS中。 在构架ITS应用平台方面,本文研究了中间件技术的有关内容,将基于分布式计算环境的CORBA的体系结构应用到ITS中,构架了基于CORBA的分布式计算环境,充分利用了对象模型的优点。 在国家ITS体系框架的指导下,结合陕西省区域ITS体系框架,给出了陕西省区域ITS系统的构架模型。重点放在了基于CORBA的陕西省公安交通综合信息管理系统应用框架的构建。给出了B/S模式的系统模型和服务器端及客户机端代码设计步骤和具体开发实例。 本文分析了影响系统性能的因素,从CORBA优化和系统网络拓扑结构优化两个方面分别给出提高系统性能的措施。对基于可靠性的网络拓扑优化设计问题,由于其为NP完全问题,因而很难用传统的方法解决。本文建立了该问题的数学模型,并设计出解决这一问题的遗传算法,给出了该算法实现的具体步骤。

【Abstract】 With the fast development of modernization process of china and the repid construction of national highway networks, our car possession is increasing quickly, which lead to such problems as frequent traffic accident, traffic blocking and environment pollution. It has become global social defects, just as what the developed countries are suffering from. A key solution to these problems is to develop intelligent traffic system, in addition to constructing more traffic engineering establishment. In this paper, the application of techniques of GPS and GIS in the main information platform of ITS as well as the design and implementation of a regional intelligent traffic system based on CORBA are studied. This system is the foundation of intelligent traffic, which will be extended to bacome an intelligent traffic system.In this paper, a thorough study is performed on the concepts, theory and means of realization of GPS in ITS, with the emphasis on the positioning principle and positioning algorithm. A measure model is presented based on random complex figure algorithm combined with Karman filtering theory, and realizes the model with software and hardware. For the techniques of GIS in ITS, current research focuses: WebGIS, spatial data mining as well as their application in ITS are studied, and applies outlier detection method of spatial data mining to ITS.In the construction of ITS application platform, the relational techniques about broker are studied, and applies CORBA frameworks based on distributed computing environment to ITS, and constructs distributed computing environment based CORBA making full use of object model.In the direction of national ITS framework, combining Shaanxi regional ITS framework, this paper presents model of Shaanxi regional ITS framework emphasized on the construction of application framework of CORBA based Shaanxi public security compositive information management system, and presents B/S system model, the program source code of client and server as well as an instance.The factors affecting system performance are analyzed, and measures to enhance system performance are presented from the aspect of CORBA optimization and system network topology optimization respectively. For network topology optimization, as it is an NP hard problem, so it is difficult to resolve it with common methods. This paper builds a mathematic model for this problem, and designs an algorithm with generic algorithm, provides specific steps to realize this algorithm.
