山东道地药材金银花的多元多息指纹图谱鉴别研究

【摘要】 本论文为解决当前中药鉴定研究的关键问题--中药材真伪、优劣的鉴别,结合当前中药指纹图谱的研究,首先提出了中药多元多息指纹图谱鉴别的概念。“多元”是指“指纹图谱分析技术”的多元化;“多息”是指建立指纹图谱信息的多样化。中药材多元多息指纹图谱的建立能从生物物种的遗传物质鉴别和活性成分定性定量鉴别等多方面、多角度地鉴别中药的真伪优劣,较全面地表现中药材的品种和质量。决定中药材真伪的根本是中药材的种质遗传物质,而应用中药材生物指纹图谱方法可以鉴别中药材的种质蛋白质、生物酶等,达到鉴别的目的;影响中药材质量优劣的根本是中药材的活性成分,而应用中药材HPLC等化学指纹图谱的方法可以较全面的分析鉴定中药材的质量优劣。我们选择山东道地中药材金银花为代表,进行了金银花多元多息指纹图谱鉴别的研究探讨,从金银花的本草考证、山东省金银花的资源分布,品种、质量、鉴别等方面进行了较全面的分析鉴定。建立了金银花(Lonicerajaponica Thunb.)的HPLC指纹图谱、研究了金银花的IR指纹图谱和TLC指纹图谱、分析了金银花的ES-PAGE和POD-PAGE电泳指纹图谱,取得了较好的研究成果。为中药材多元多息指纹图谱的鉴别研究提供了方法学的依据,为进一步建立山东道地中药材鉴别指纹图谱库积累了科学数据。中药材多元多息指纹图谱鉴别方法的建立,能更加客观地从整体上评价中药的内在质量,为解决中药质量评价的科学性等中药质量关键问题,建立完备的中药质量评价体系,促进中药鉴定学的不断发展,都具有重要的理论和实践意义。
【Abstract】 The keys of the identification of the traditional Chinese herbas are the origin and the quality of the herbas.The origin of the herbas is based on the germ plasm of the herbas.The quality of the herbas is based on the chemical elements of the herbas.Now we can use the biological fingerprints atlas to identify the germ plasm of the herbas,and use the chemical HPLC fingerprints atlas to estimate the quality of the herbas. Then we can combine the biological and chemical and other fingerprints atlas methods to identify the traditional Chinese herbas. So we call this new method is "The Fingerprints Atlas on Multi-Elements And Multi-Data"."Multi-elements"is using many fingerprints atlas methods and technolories to analyse the traditional Chinese herbas. And "Multi-Data"is obtaining many data about herbas by many methods and technologies to determine either their nature (qualitative analysis) or their proportions (quantitative analysis). On "The Fingerprints Atlas on Multi-Elements And Multi-Data" we can identify Traditional Chinses herbas more completly and clearly.In the study we use the new method of "The Fingerprints Atlas on Multi-Elements And Multi-Data" to identify the traditional Chinese herbas Lonicera japonica Thunb. Distributed in Shandong China and obtain the HPLC fingerprints , IR fingerprints , TLC fingerprints and PAGE fingerprints of Lonicera japonica Thunb. Distributed in Shandong China. We get more scientific results and data for identifying Lonicera japonica and more information for building the Data-base of "The Fingerprints Atlas on Multi-Elements And Multi-Data"of traditional Chinses Medical herbas in Shandong China.
