中药功效术语规范化初步研究

【摘要】 中药功效术语规范化是临床中药学学科建设的重要内容和首要任务之一。古代对中药功效术语的使用十分随意，现代对术语的规范化亦未给予足够的重视，故术语的混用、误用以及同词多义、同义多词、同词异义等术语不规范现象较为严重。目前，对中药功效术语规范化这一课题的研究极少。 中药功效术语与复方功效术语和中医治法术语既有联系，也有实质区别。中药功效术语的规范化应符合六种要求，即系统性、层次性、特指性、简约性、历史性及纳新性。术语的规范化研究，不是对各术语进行简单的罗列而随意择用，而应从术语的词源考证、概念的初始涵义、历史应用情况、当前应用现状。以及是否“约定俗成”等方面进行综合辨析，并提出建议术语。 根据术语应用的广、频程度从众多的功效术语中，选取了“功效”、“解表”、“祛风”、“祛风湿”、“胜湿”、“解肌”、“解毒”、“解暑”、“润肺”、“化痰”、“通经络”、“补阴”、“安神”等术语以举隅的方式进行了规范化研究，对普通高等教育中医药类教材《中药学》(第6版)及《中华人民共和国药典(一部)》(2000版)的功效术语进行了统计调查。并对常用但易生歧义的部分术语进行了简要辨析，提出了建议术语。 本课题是中药功效术语规范化的初步研究。由于中药功效术语规范化这一研究项目涉及面广，研究的内容太多，需要中医药业内人士的共同努力，才能完成。因此，本论文仅作抛砖引玉之文。更多还原

【Abstract】 The work for standardization Terms, which express the effects of traditional Chinese material medica, is one of the important contents of this special profession’s development, also is the first task. In ancient time, doctors choose the Terms as they liked, in contemporary age, the people who work in this field and organizations also didn’t pay much attention to standardization of Term. As a result, the situation shows the Terms confusion of misuse, For instance, the same word has many meanings, and for the same meaning we chose different words. According to our investigation, few people and organizations work on this subject.The Terms of material medica’s effect, has the Terms of prescriptions and those of TCM treatment, not only has close relations, but also have essential distinctions. To Standardize the Term should obey six requires: the system, the administration, the specification, the briefness, the historisity and the absorption. Therefore to research on Terms standardization, we cannot simply put the Term words in order for selecting but needs to inquire how the words came from, to know the original meaning of the concept, how they were previously used, what their present existing state and whether they were accepted by their usage or not. Only after this studies, then we can have the courage to suggest standard Terms.According to the broad and freqence usage of the Terms, we choose some most commonly used and easily confusing words tostandardize as examples, Such as: "effect " "eliminate the exterior syndrome", "expel wind", "expel wind-dampness", "dispel pathogenic factors from the superficial muscles", "detoxicate", "expel summer-heat" ,"moisten lung", "resolve phlegm", "remove obstruction in meridians and collaterals", "replenish Yin", "tranquilization", etc Besides, investigations of the Terms’ usage in currence material medica text book of TCM universities has been made as well as the latest edition of the pharmacopoeia of R P China. Then we made concisely analyse some move easily misunderstanding Terms, and suggested standard Terms.This thesis can be regard as a initial research on standardization of the Terms of material medica effect, Since this task is so huge that it requires all people in this field to make great efforts to complete it.
