石粉在石砌体结构抗震加固中的应用研究

【摘要】 石砌体结构是混合结构的重要组成部分,遍及我国广大侨乡和渔乡,适用于各类建筑,具有悠久的发展历史,并在中外建筑史上拥有重要的一席之地,是世界上不可多得的石文化瑰宝。它以其就地取材、美观大方、造价低廉以及极佳的物理和化学特性而深受广大人民的喜爱,并为人们所保留和发展,从而构成了独树一帜的中国石文化。石砌体是以灰浆连接料石块体,经砌筑而成的砌体,是一种很不均匀的网状结构体系。在石砌体中有许多的灰缝,灰缝中存在有大量的原始空隙和孔洞,致使灰缝砂浆的饱满度严重不足,从而显著地降低了石砌体的抗震抗剪性能。因此,急需采取紧急而又有效的抗震加固措施。如今,天然石材的用途十分广泛。在石材的精加工中,产生大量的石粉,并已成为日益严重的新的污染源,所以急待加以综合治理和利用。经大量的调研和充分的论证,在灌浆试验和拟动力试验的基础上,本文首次提出以石粉为集料,研究一种新型的灌浆材料——石粉水泥浆,用于石砌体结构的抗震加固,达到化废为宝、环保与防灾并举的效果。在本文中,提出复合砂浆的概念及其强度等级的确定方法;揭出灌浆石砌体抗剪强度的破坏机理;建立了计算其抗剪强度的公式;提出灌浆石砌体结构抗震抗剪强度验算的方法和步骤。同时,基于随机原理和模糊理论,阐述地震烈度的随机模糊性和结构震害等级划分的模糊性,提出灌浆石砌体结构抗震抗剪能力的模糊可靠性分析方法。通过工程实例验证和分析,结果表明:采用石粉水泥浆对石砌体结构进行抗震加固,效果显著,经济合理,方便可行,具有可观的强度储备和足够的抗震抗剪可靠度。这对于抗震防灾,保护环境和弘扬中国的石文化都具有重要的意义!
【Abstract】 Stone structure is a important part of masonry structure. It spreads all over the vast fishing villages and the areas in where overseas Chinese relatives of our country live, and it is suitable for all kinds of buildings. Stone structure has the development of long standing and occupies an important place in the Chinese and foreign building history. It is a rare specimen of stone-culture gem. It is always cherished, retained and expended by the broad masses of people because of its local materials, low costs and good taste, and the excellent characters in physics and chemistry. Thereby, it has formed the Chinese stone-civilization with flying its own colors.Stone structure is made from mortar and material stone. It has a kind of not-well-distributed netted structural system, where there are many mortar joints, and there are very much original crevice and hole in the joints. Which causes the plumpness of the mortar very poor and thus cuts down the earthquake-resistant and shear-resistant behavior of the structure. It is urgent need to take a emergency and effective earthquake-resistant improvement measure.Now, the natural stone is used wide-ranging. A vast amount of stone-powder is produced in the precision works and the powder has been a new and serious pollution source. It is in need of us to comprehensive harness and use the powder.After a host of investigation and full demonstration, and based on grout mortar and quasi-dynamic shearing tests, a new type grout material which takes stone-powder as forestry logging is presented at the first time for earthquake-resistant improvement of stone masonry structure. The results of turned waste into treasured object and environmental protection and take precautions against natural calamities have been reached.In this paper, the concept of a compounded mortar and the calculating method of its strength grade is advanced also at the first time. The shearing strength destroy mechanism of grout stone structure is brought to light and the formulas for calculating shearing strength is set up. The method and steps for checking earthquake-resistant and shear-resistant strength of grout stone structure are put forward. At the same time, the randomness and fuzziness of earthquake intensity, and the fuzziness of structural destroy grades are elaborated in this paper. Also the method for analyzing the fuzzy reliability of grout stone structural earthquake-resistant and shear-resistant has been put forward.By means of test and analysis of engineering example, the results made clear that the grout improvement method for stone structure is economical and reasonable, is convenient and workable. The effect is marked. Alter grouting the structures has considerable strength reserve and sufficient reliability. In this paper, the study to grout and improvement stone masonry structures is significant for earthquake relief work and environmental protection, and carrying forward the Chinese stone-culture.
