在高容积率下改善住区日照环境的研究

【摘要】 日照环境对居民身心健康和住区生态化发展进程有十分重要的意义,必须给予足够的关注。由于城市用地紧张,住宅日照要求难以满足。本文针对这一问题做了以下几方面的研究。首先,根据准确检测住宅的日照环境质量的要求研制了日照现场检测系统。该系统能够高效、方便的检测已建住宅全年日照状况,适用于全国各地,可以为广大居民衡量住宅环境质量、争取日照权的取证提供技术支持,以促进住宅开发者重视居民的日照权益。其次,本文从居住区规划布局和住宅单体设计两个方面概述了改善日照环境,提高住宅容积率的常用方法,并对其适用的范围和所能达到的效果进行了分析。在此基础上,本文重点研究了利用反射和折光使底层住宅在冬季获取更多日照的方法,结合住区建设实际需要提出了北向进光和天井进光的设计方案,并提出了选择材料和确定材料安装材料位置的方法,以及将光线引入住宅底层的简单实用的阳光追踪方式。以上两种设计方案都能够在较高的容积率下满足底层住宅冬季的日照要求。
【Abstract】 Insolation is essential to the health of inhabitant as well as to ecological development of residence communities. However, residence buildings often lack of insolation due to the absence of land. How to improve sunlight environment without unduly compromise density is a major task. This thesis reports a study to resolve such problems from three aspects.Fist of all, aiming to inspect sunshine status with accuracy, an on-the-spot sunshine measurement is developed, which can easily and efficiently examine the whole year’s facts sunshine of a built residence in all cities in China. It can help to evaluate residence insolation environment, protect inhabitants’ sunshine rights so as to urge builders to attach importance to insolation in communities.Secondly, modes of overall arrangement and unit design in residence community are studied to satisfy the sunshine command of residence buildings with high plot ratio, and the adaptive scope and actual effects of which also analyzed.Finally, besides methods mentioned above, emphases are placed on how to induct more sunshine on ground floor in winter with sunlight reflection and refraction. And two projects are brought forward with practical demand, that is sunlight from north direction project and sunlight from patio project. Materials are selected and placed properly. And equipment’s working status to trace sunlight is also determined. Both the projects can improve insolation on the residences’ ground floor with high plot ratio.
