固体RGB激光光源及其在显示技术方面的应用研究

【摘要】 随着激光技术的不断发展,尤其是在日益成熟的固体激光晶体的生长技术的促进下,固体激光光源已经成为激光光源的主力军。其中的可见光光源尤其是作为原色光源的RGB激光在光显示领域占有重要位置。本文主要分析了实现固体RGB激光光源的非线性频率变换技术,实现了固体RGB激光光源的研制,分析了RGB激光光源在激光电视技术方面的应用。共包括以下五部分内容:通过参考相关国内外文献,从气体激光器、半导体激光器、固体激光器、染料激光器和光纤激光器等五个方面对RGB激光光源的发展现状进行了较为全面的分析论述,从光存储、光显示、激光医疗、激光微加工等四个方面介绍了RGB激光光源的主要应用领域。分析了半导体泵浦固体激光技术的发展概况以及半导体泵浦固体激光器的特点和优点。以着重分析倍频技术为主要内容,对激光非线性频率变换技术进行理论分析,详细介绍了常用非线性晶体的特征和相关参数。重点分析了高功率LD阵列泵浦的固体激光器热效应问题,提出了LD阵列与激光介质分别水冷的方案来解决高功率全固态激光器的热效应问题。应用内腔倍频技术,同时实现了Nd:YAG激光器660nm、532nm、473nm三个波长的RGB激光光源的研制。论证了应用光学参量振荡技术实现可调谐RGB激光光源的可行性方案。分析了显示技术发展现状,初步探讨了RGB激光光源在显示技术方面的应用,设计了RGB激光光源应用于激光电视技术中的扫描方案。
【Abstract】 Solid-state lasers are the main lasers resource with the great progress of laser technology, especially with the developed solid-state laser crystal growth technology. Solid-state RGB lasers become more and more important in display technology.In this paper, non-linear frequency transformation technology is analyzed, solid-state RGB lasers are made, the application of RGB lasers on laser TV are introduced.There are mainly five parts in this paper as the following.The development of RGB lasers, include gas lasers, semi-conductor lasers, solid-state lasers, dye lasers and fiber lasers, is analyzed. The main application of RGB lasers, such as light memory, light display, laser medical treatment and laser micro-process, is introduced. The development of LD pumped solid-state lasers and its advantage is introduced.The theory of non-linear frequency transformation technology, especially the SHG technology, is given. The characters and relative parameter of mainly used non-linear crystals are introduced in detail.The method of individually water cooling of the LD array and the laser crystal is giver after analyzing the thermal effect of high power LD pumped solid-state laser. 660nm, 532nm and 473nm inner cavity SHG Nd:YAG lasers are realized. The method of obtaining tunable RGB lasers with OPO technology is demonstrated.The application of RGB lasers on display technology is studied, and, the scanning project of laser TV with RGB lasers is designed.
