供应链绩效评价系统研究

【摘要】 在竞争全球化的趋势下,供应链管理越来越受到企业的重视,供应链绩效评价系统是供应链管理的关键组成部分,然而跨企业的供应链绩效评价却处于研究的起步阶段。到目前为止,几乎没有供应链绩效评价系统实践应用的成功报道。对供应链绩效评价理论缺乏深入的系统性研究是重要原因之一。 本文在深刻理解供应链及供应链管理理论知识的基础上,对供应链绩效评价系统作了如下研究: 在分析复杂系统绩效评价内涵的基础上,系统地研究和分析了供应链绩效评价的定义、在供应链管理中的地位和作用、与企业绩效评价的差异以及供应链绩效评价的发展过程;研究了供应链绩效评价系统基本组成,对供应链绩效评价系统的设计过程进行了深入的研究,并将供应链战略绩效目标、业务流程绩效目标、活动/任务绩效目标有机的结合起来,提高了综合评价的可操作性。 在对传统的绩效评价模型BSC、SCOR等深入研究分析的基础上,提出了SC-BSC-SCOR供应链绩效评价模型,更好地满足了供应链绩效评价指标体系的设计要求;本文将供应链绩效分解为内部绩效和外部绩效,在简要分析供应链内部绩效评价指标体系之后,利用SC-BSC-SCOR评价模型,给出了供应链整体绩效评价指标体系,并对指标的意义及指标的分解作了详细的说明,为供应链管理者构建绩效评价指标体系提供了有益的借鉴。 在指出供应链绩效评价系统对信息技术架构需求的基础上,分析了代理与多代理技术,对基于多代理供应链绩效评价系统进行了研究,指出了传统的分布式计算技术(COM/DCOM、Java RMI及CORBA)难以实现供应链成员绩效代理跨INTERNET集成问题。在分析WEB服务技术的基础上,提出了基于服务多代理的供应链绩效评价信息系统集成解决方案。 在指出供应链绩效计算与评价过程关键问题的基础上,运用模糊积分、模糊测度和层次分析法理论,有效的解决了计算模型与指标体系的统一、指标取值、定性与定量指标综合、特别是传统模糊综合评判不能解决的指标干涉等问题。文中给出了详细的计算与评价过程步骤,并结合WT供应链绩效评价系统原型演示了计算与评价的整个过程,并开发了WT供应链绩效评价信息系统原型。 最后,对本文的研究工作进行了总结,并提出有待进一步研究的问题。

【Abstract】 With the globalization of market competition, Supply Chain Management(SCM) have win more and more attention from corporations. Supply Chain Performance Measurement System(SCPMS) is one of key components of SCM, but inter-organization Supply Chain Performance Measurement(SCPM) still appears to be in its infancy. Until today, few successful cases of the real-world applications of SCPMS have ever been reported, which is mainly due to the lack of an in-depth research on the theory of SCPM.Based on the knowledge of SCM, in this thesis, we pursue an in-depth research on SCPMS. The results of the research are as follows:Firstly, the definition of SCPM, the critical role SCPM played in SCM, the discrepancy between SCPM and Enterprise Performance Measurement(EPM), as well as the development tendency of SCPM, are systematically analyzed based on the insightful understanding of sophisticated systems performance measurement. After that, the deep investigation is carried on into the basic elements and its design process of SCPMS. Furthemore, the target of supply chain strategy performance, business processes performance and activity/tasks performance are systematically integrated.Based on the research on the traditional evaluation model of performance measurement (BSC, SCOR etc.), a new evaluation model of SCPM, named SC-BSC-SCOR, is proposed, which will better satisfy the design requirements of Supply Chain Performance Metrics(SCPMs). In this thesis, the SCPMs is divided into two parts: the internal performance metrics and the outside performance metrics. After a brief analysis of internal SCPMs, a novel outside SCPMs, together with the corresponding detailed interpretation and decomposition, are also put forward by using SC-BSC-SCOR model, which will be of great help to those supply chain managers in construction of SCPMs.After the requirements of supply chain and SCPM information system are pointed out, the integrated solution of multi-agent-based SCM information system is given. Based on analysis and comparison the traditional distributed computed technology and WEB service technology, the framework is presented for the implementation of SC and SCPM information system based service multi-agents technology.A synthetic computed and evaluation process of supply chain performance is provided based on the synthesis of the fuzzy integral, fuzzy measure and AHP approach. And a case of application SCPMS is developed, which well validate the theoretic of SCPM.This research marks a first step. It gives insight into theoretic of SCPMS. It also establishes a template for future research and investigation.
