【摘要】 敏捷供需链是近年来涌现出的一种新的管理模式，随着市场竞争由单独的企业与企业间的竞争逐渐向供需链与供需链之间的竞争，供需链已成为制造系统研究的热点之一。供需链的核心是物流系统。第三方物流系统是制造系统敏捷供需链物流系统的充分延伸，是产品与信息从原料到消费者之间的增值服务，制造系统敏捷供需链物流系统的成功运作需要第三方物流配送系统的支持。本文对制造系统敏捷供需链及物流配送模型进行了的研究,在分析了敏捷供需链管理的复杂性和敏捷供需链管理的基础上，根据动态联盟的思想，提出一种基于第三方物流配送系统的由实网与虚网构成的运作模型，该模型可以从技术上为制造企业的动态联盟组建与运作提供物流支持。对制造系统敏捷供需链物流配送技术及系统进行了的研究。研究了物流体系结构的集成问题。设计了一个基于敏捷供需链的第三方物流配送系统，该系统可以实现多物流中心(公司)的管理和对单一物流中心多地址仓库的支持，可以为物流网络配送中心(企业)的全国性发展和组织架构物流实网与虚网运作模式提供支持。对制造系统敏捷供需链物流配送中的库存问题进行的探讨，利用现代控制理论建立了第三方物流配送中季节性需求下的库存问题的控制模型，设计出该系统鲁棒最优控制器并对系统鲁棒性进行仿真。最后利用对制造系统敏捷供需链中物流配送及其应用系统的研究成果，开发了一套基于第三方物流的配送系统——邮政物流配送商品信息与仓储管理系统，试用效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agile supply chain is a new management style in recent years. With market rapid competition ,competition in the past between enterprises has become competition between supply chains．Supply chain has become one of the hottest studies about manufacturing system．Thecore of supply chain is logistics system . Third Party Logistics(3PL or TPL) is full extend of agile supply chain ,and adding service of product and information from raw material to users ,successful operation of agile supply chain needs support with 3PL．Manufacturing system agile supply chain and logistics distribution models are researched in this paper．In the base of analyzing complication of agile supply chain, according to the idea ofdynamic union , one kind of the operation model of real network and virtual network based on 3PL is put forward in this paper．The model is useful at angle of technology when manufacture enterprises set- up and operation of dynamic union .Manufacturing system agile supply chain and logistics distribution technology and it’s system are studied in this paper. The problem of integration of logistics system is studied. and agile supply chain logistics distribution system is studied and designed in this paper. The system may be adapted to multi-logistics centers(companies) and single logistics center. The system also may provide support when logistics network centers(companies) develop all over the country and establish operation model of real network and virtual network. Inventory issue of manufacturing system agile supply chain and logistics distribution system is discussed in this paper. A inventory control model for season goods which is used in 3PL is constructed with modern control theory ,and robust controller is designed and Robust feature of the inventory control system imitated .Finally, the system of postal logistics delivery goods information & warehouse management is developed ,which taking advantage of the upper research achievements.
