网络化制造模式下质量决策支持系统的研究

【摘要】 网络化制造模式已经成为制造系统模式的发展趋势。面对顾客需求驱动的全球市场,网络化制造模式企业要想取得成功,以顾客满意的产品占领市场,就必须以现代质量管理理念为基础,建立适应网络化制造模式企业的质量管理模式。本文以提高网络化制造模式企业各级质量管理决策者的决策效率,使网络化企业快速响应市场需求为目的,对网络化制造模式下的质量管理模式进行了深入研究,提出基于数据仓库的质量决策支持系统的解决方案来支持决策者对质量问题进行快速的分析决策,并对该方案进行了系统、深入的理论及应用研究。本文首先分析了新形势下质量管理所面临的挑战,包括质量管理思想的革新,顾客对质量期望越来越高,新生产制造模式层出不穷,产品生命周期越来越短。在新挑战面前,网络化模式制造企业建立以现代质量管理理论为基础、以先进的信息技术为支持的质量决策支持系统成为必然趋势。然后详细论述了决策支持系统技术的发展情况、应用领域、近期研究热点及发展前景。以现代质量管理基本原理为指导,本文从市场、顾客、企业员工、培训、质量管理体系、企业文化、科学技术、持续改进、产品形成过程、现场管理等角度研究了现代质量管理的管理思想,总结出现代质量管理必须强调以顾客为中心,以市场为驱动源,以人为本,以培训为条件,以企业文化为灵魂,以质量管理体系为保证,以科技为依托,以持续改进为途径,以产品形成过程为对象,以现场管理为重点等质量管理思想。先进的生产制造模式层出不穷,本文以网络化制造模式为载体,研究了网络化制造模式下的质量管理。通过对网络化制造模式下质量管理方式、质量管理对象及质量管理重点进行深入分析研究,得出网络化制造模式下的质量管理就是对质量信息的高效管理的结论。在此基础上,通过进一步的研究,归纳总结出网络化制造模式下的质量信息类型包括市场质量信息、产品质量特性结构信息、成员企业质量信息、质量任务信息、质量任务与成员企业的映射信息、质量任务完成信息、质量指令信息和各种实物的信息及它们在网络制造企业成员间流动情况信息。网络化制造模式企业的质量信息种类和信息量的激增,以及信息之间错综复杂的关系,导致网络化制造企业的质量决策难度增大,高层质量管理人员很难就其关心的有关质量问题快速作出决策。针对这一问题,本文提出将决策支持系统(DSS)、数据仓库(DW)、联机分析处理(OLAP)等技术综合运用到网络化制造模式企业的质量管理中,构造基于数据仓库的质量决策支持系统模型的解决方<WP=6>案,为有关质量管理决策者快速的对有关质量问题进行分析、决策提供支持。然后就该模型的体系结构、功能结构和支撑系统结构进行深入的分析研究。数据仓库作为决策支持系统中分析工具联机分析处理的统一的数据平台,使现行操作型系统中的数据库资源得到充分利用,从而使整个系统形成一个有机的整体,以提高系统的集成性和有效性。本论文针对数据仓库的体系结构、数据组织方式和数据建模方式进行了深入的分析研究,重点研究了数据仓库的逻辑模型超立方体模型、星型模型、雪花模型和星型雪花模型,并提出通过事实表和维表来实现超立方体模型和星型模型、雪花模型的转换方法。然后研究了联机分析处理的工作原理、分析方法及前端展现方式.为了验证理论研究成果的可行性,需要开发原型系统来支持。本文以SQL Server 2000数据库管理系统及SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services 分析服务器为数据管理平台,以Power builder 8.0作为开发工具,以某工程机械股份公司为网络化制造企业模拟模型,开发基于数据仓库的网络化质量决策支持系统原型系统,用以证明理论研究成果能够快速的为决策者提供支持。
【Abstract】 The networked manufacturing mode has become the development trend of manufacturing system pattern. The enterprises of networked manufacturing mode must establish the quality management pattern to adapt the networked manufacturing mode based on the idea of modern quality management to achieve great successes and occupy the market with the products which can meet the need of customers. For the purpose of increasing the decision efficiency of the decision-maker of all levels quality management in the networked manufacturing enterprise that can meet the need of the market with quick response, this dissertation studied thoroughly the quality management pattern of networked manufacturing and presented the settling plan of quality management decision support system based on the data warehouse to give backing to the decision-maker to analysis and make decision quickly. At the same time, a systematic and thorough research was made on this plan from the point of theory and application.The dissertation first of all analyzed the challenges with which the quality management was faced under the new circumstances. The challenges include the renovation of quality management idea, the customers’ increasing expectation of quality, the new manufacturing mode emerging in endlessly, and the life cycle of product being shortening. In front of the new challenges, it has become the necessarily trend for the enterprises of networked manufacturing mode to establish the quality management decision support system that based on the modern quality management theory and supported by the advanced information technology. And then the dissertation elaborated in detail the development condition, application field, the present research hotspot and the prospects of technology development of the decision support system.On the basis of the fundamental of modern quality management, the dissertation studied the management idea from the view of market, customer, employee, training, quality management system, enterprise culture, science and technology, sustained improvement, formation process of product and management on the spot. And then it concluded that modern quality management must be centered with customers, driven by the market, founded on the human resources, conditioned with training, central with the soul of enterprise culture, ensured by quality management system, supported by the science and technology, channeled by sustained improvement, taken the formation <WP=8>process as the object and laid emphasis on the management of the spot.Advanced manufacturing mode is emerging in endlessly. The dissertation studied the quality management with the carrier of networked manufacturing mode. After the thoroughly researches on the ways, object and focal point of quality management of networked manufacturing mode, the dissertation concluded that the quality management of networked manufacturing mode was the highly efficient management of quality information. And then, with the further study, it summarized that the class of quality information of networked manufacturing mode included the quality information of market, the quality characteristic structural information of the product, the quality information of member enterprises, the information of quality task, the mapping information between the quality task and member enterprise, the information of the fulfillment of task, the quality command information, the information of all kinds of material object and their circulation among the member enterprises of networked manufacturing.The steep rise of the volume and the kind of information, and their complicated relation make it extremely difficult to make the quality decision in the networked manufacturing enterprise. So the superior quality supervisors find it difficult to make quickly decision about the quality problem they are concerned.
