机电产品全生命周期环境经济性能评估理论与方法研究

【摘要】 随着环境污染问题的不断恶化,政府与个人对于环境保护问题的关注也不断提高,再加上各种绿色贸易壁垒的出现,绿色产品开始不断涌现,进而逐步取代传统的同类产品。相应的有关绿色产品的研究已逐步成为政府、企业和学术界共同关注的热点之一,本文以机电产品为主要研究对象,从将绿色产品的全生命周期环境性能评估与传统产品的经济性能评估相结合的角度切入,较为深入的研究了绿色产品全生命周期环境经济性能评估的理论与方法,主要的研究内容包括:1、通过实际调研分析,在总结归纳前人对绿色产品的概念和内涵研究的基础上,结合当前绿色产品的新具体要求,提升绿色产品中经济性能的地位,对绿色产品的内涵进行的新的分析,并在此基础上,对绿色产品设计的意义及其设计原则进行重新诠释。2、根据ISO14000系列标准和绿色机电产品的特性要求,以现在应用最广的全生命周期评估方法为基础,建立绿色产品全生命周期环境经济性能评估体系,并对其中的关键过程进行了分析、调整与设定。3、从传统产品的成本收益计算出发,结合绿色产品的环境经济特性,建立了一套适应于绿色产品的全生命周期环境经济性能评估的数学模型。此外根据实际情况分析结果,对绿色产品的全生命周期评估进行简化,提高其实际的应用性。4、在绿色产品环境经济性能评估中引入局域性的考虑,并分别对局域性在产品环境性能与经济性能上的具体反映进行了详细的讨论与研究,在此基础上,对他们在产品环境经济性能评估过程中可能产生的影响与对策进行了分析。5、将绿色产品评估技术与网络技术结合起来,建立一套网络化的绿色产品环境经济性能评估软件系统,利用现代网络这一高速发展的信息化工具,实现并推动绿色产品全生命周期环境经济性能评估的实用化与特性化,进而加速并<WP=5>推广绿色产品评估技术的发展与应用。

【Abstract】 With the worse environment pollution, the government and people of the world became to be more and more conscious about the environment protection, besides this, the green trade tariff protection begin to show up between the countries, all of these have led to the coming-forth of the green product, and now these new type products gradually take the place of the traditional products. So the relative research about the green product become one of the concerning focus of the government, enterprise and academia. In this dissertation, the electro-mechanical products are selected as the main research object, based on the consideration of integration of the environment performance assessment and the economic performance assessment, a research about the theories and methods of environmental and economic assessment is proceeded, the main content is as follow:1. According to the analyses of the practical investigation, based on the summarization on the concept and meaning of the green products of the previous and combining the new concrete demand on the green products, a new comprehensive meaning about the green product is provided. And then a new concept about the green product design and a set of relative design principles is set and explained.2. According to ISO14000 series standards and the characters of the green electro-mechanical products, based on the life cycle assessment method, a new environmental and economic performance assessment system is put forth, and the key process of the system are analyzed and adjusted.3. Through the cost-profit calculation of the traditional products and the combination of the environmental and economical performance of green products, a set of mathematical model is built, that is suit to the environmental and economical performance assessment of the life cycle of the green product. Besides this, according to the practical situation, the assessment of green products is simplified, and through the simplification, the application of the assessment can be promoted. 4. During the environment and economic performance assessment process, the local influence factor has been taken into consideration. And the concrete influence<WP=7>that the local influence factor makes on the environment and economic performance is discussed and researched in detail. Based on these, the deal method would be analyzed.5. Through the combination of the assessment technique of green product and the net technique, a set of net software about the environment and economic assessment has been programmed. It takes advantage of the network, a high speed developing information tool, to practice the assessment system of green product and make it more practical and accelerate the development and application of it.
