电力市场下输电服务、市场稳定性的研究

【摘要】 电力市场是电力工业市场化改革的产物,是近几年一个十分热门的研究领域。文中对电力市场下的输电服务和市场稳定性进行了研究,主要完成了以下一些工作: (1)对电力市场环境下输电调度进行经济学基础分析,指出了Pool模式存在的固有缺陷,并运用寡头市场的供给函数平衡模型分析了电力市场寡头的最优报价策略,最后从资源优化配置的角度提出按平均成本调度的方法; (2)提出了基于报价的新传输阻塞管理模型,为电力市场下阻塞管理提供了一条新思路; (3)借助于多人合作对策思想,建立了基于多人合作对策的新输电损耗分摊方法; (4)给出了线性变系数离散系统的广义状态解较为一般的定义,并得到了周期系统情形下的可解性和一致渐近稳定的判据。在此基础上,提出了电力市场稳定性的定义和判据,并据此分析了加州电力市场失败的原因以及阻塞、期货市场的建立对电力市场稳定性的影响; (5)探讨并设计了新的电力市场交易模式,并研究了新模式下套期保值者的套期保值策略。
【Abstract】 Power market comes to being with the reformation of the power industry. Now it is studied extensively by many scholars. In this dissertation, transmission service and market stability are researched. The main results are as follows:i) The defects of the existing Pool model are investigated via economic theory. An improved transmission scheduling method is proposed, based on the average transmission cost analysis.ii) A new congestion management method based on bid is proposed.iii) A method to allocation of transmission loss is obtained, based on the N-person cooperative game theory.iv) A general definition for the generalized state solutions to linear discrete shift-varying singular systems is proposed. And the sufficient and necessary conditions for the solvability and uniformly asymptotic stability are presented for linear discrete periodic singular systems. Based on these conditions, the definition and criterion of power market are investigated, by which the default reason of California power market and the influence of congestion and future market are analyzed.v) A new bargain model is explored and some feasible results are presented.
