C~4ISR系统建模与分析技术研究

【摘要】 C~4ISR系统建模与分析技术是C~4ISR系统效能评估的关键技术。该技术可用于C~4ISR系统的需求建模、分析设计、演示验证、项目验收和效能评估。 作者对国内外C~4ISR系统效能分析的主要方法进行了比较分析,提出了一种以指标体系为基础的层次效能评估静态模型和以系统空间与使命的匹配程度为目标的动态评估模型相结合的评估思想,建立了C~4ISR效能分析指标体系与模型,给出了性能指标与参量指标选取的原则与方法、指标筛选方法以及指标函数关系的确定方法、AHP的权值修正算法、含灰元的判断矩阵排序算法等。 本文对基于数据库的模型生成和模型组合作了较深入的研究,给出了基于原型库的数据开采搜索算法和基于扩充CF-树数据聚类算法。在研究模型和算法的基础上,设计并实现了模型管理和可视化模型组合生成工具,能可视化地将基本模型进行组合,从而构造解决更复杂问题的模型。 本文采用UML和HLA作为建模与仿真的标准,提出了用于C~4ISR系统效能评估的仿真验证与分析平台的体系结构。设计并实现C~4ISR系统结构描述模型编辑工具,提出基于仿真的数据分析方法将仿真数据分析与仿真的分离,无论是评价层次模型的建立还是数据可视化,均可以在仿真结束后由用户自己定义,而且可以定义指标与仿真数据之间的关系,层次模型的计算也可以是非线性的或调用已经编制好的模型。 以一个假想的防空系统为背景,说明了如何针对想定、剧本以及仿真所需模型的可视化建模、仿真生成和数据分析。 由作者负责的课题组共同研制了《C~4ISR系统建模、验证与分析平台》,该成果的鉴定意见认为:在设计思想、实现方法上综合运用了模型技术、构件技术和HLA的多项最新研究成果,具有创新性。该项技术在国内处于领先水平,为“区电”总体评估技术提供了技术基础和软件环境,对推动我军的C~4ISR系统研制与应用走向新的台阶有指导意义。
【Abstract】 C4ISR System modeling and analysis, the key technique of efficiency evaluation in C4ISR system, is widely used in requirement modeling, analysis and design, demonstration and verification, item acceptance checking and efficiency evaluation.Based on comparing and analyzing the main recent previous study of C4ISR system efficiency analysis home and abroad, a novel idea on evaluation is proposed here, which combines the static model of the hierarchical efficiency evaluation on the foundation of the index system with the dynamic evaluation model. Especially, in the latter model, the matched degree of system space andmission is taken as standards. And we also establish an index system and a model of C4ISR system efficiency analysis correspondingly. After then some methods and algorithms are introduced, which include the principles and the method of choosing efficiency index and parameter index, the method of index filtering, the method of determining index function relation, the revising algorithm of AHP weight and the sort algorithm of judgment matrix.After researching deep into the building and combination on model based on database, the author puts forth a search algorithm of data mining by use of prototype library and a data-clustering algorithm on the basis of expanded CF-tree. Experiments indicate that these algorithms are able to create compound functions and cluster a mixed data set that contains continuous attributes and discrete attributes. On the basis of studying the models and the algorithms, a description language which can manage models and combine visual models and a tool which is applied to create combined model are designed and implemented. And the language and the tool can combine the elementary models visually to construct models for solving more complex problem.Taking UML and HLA as modeling and simulation standards, the architecture of the platform is presented, which is used to simulation verification and analysis of C4ISR system efficiency evaluation. Then the structure description model of C4ISR system, the edit tool and the integrative simulation platform are designed and implemented. Moreover, the approach of analyzing data based on simulation in this thesis separates the analysis of simulation data from the simulation entirely. Therewithal, whether a user builds the hierarchical model of evaluation or visualizes the data, he can define them himself after simulation finished. Furthermore, a user can define the relationship between index and simulation data. The calculation of hierarchical model can be non-linear, or the models that have been compiled can be invoked.On the background of a fictitious antiaircraft system, this thesis explains how to modeling visually, and how to simulate and analyze data according to scenario, scripture, simulation modeling and model combination. The study group being taken charge of by the author has developed "the Modeling Verification and Analysis Platform of C4ISR System " together. The appraisers report thatthis platform synthesizes modeling technique, component technique and several uptodate research achievement of HLA on the aspects of design idea and implement approach, which is an innovated technique. The technique of the platform keeps ahead in china. It provides the technique foundation and software environment for the total evaluation technology of C4ISR System evaluation, and is significant to promote the development and application of C4ISR System in our army.
