【摘要】 企业核心能力是企业持续发展之本、竞争优势之源。20世纪90年代以来，企业核心能力开始成为企业管理尤其是战略管理研究和实践的新视角和新范畴。论文回顾了企业能力的相关理论和主要识别方法，结合我国企业的实际情况和加入WTO后的环境变化，对企业核心能力的涵义特征、外延层次、评价方法、挖掘程序、形成机制和培育途径等作了较为系统的理论阐释和实证分析。论文认为，企业核心能力蕴藏在企业能力的发展之中，是企业为了获取持续竞争优势而整合、提升各项能力的必然结果。为了使发源于欧美国家成熟企业的核心能力理论适应中国国情，文章对核心能力的外延层次进行了新的划分，阐述了中国企业核心能力发展的四个层次。论文在已有研究成果的基础上，提出了企业核心能力的判定本质上是一个挖掘的过程，指明了这种挖掘不同于企业竞争力识别的特点和要求，并着重解决了企业核心能力评价的方法、指标和标准问题。论文概括了企业核心能力培育的原则和模型，探讨了技术创新、内部整合、企业购并和战略联盟对企业核心能力培育的作用机理。基于实际调研，就四川企业如何培育和增强核心能力以应对加入WTO的挑战等问题进行了探讨，对企业和政府决策提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The core competence of corporation ,which is essential in corporation’s sustainable development and competitive advantage, has been becoming a new view and issue since 1990s. This dissertation, recalling its theoretical origins and its measuring methods, systematically identifies its connotation and extension, and analyses, both theoretically and positively, its discerning methods, working mechanism as well as fostering approaches under present circumstance of the entry into WTO of China .The author hold that the core competence of corporation is embodied in the evolution of an corporation’s competences . The core competence of corporation is the inevitable result of integrating and improving various competences in the course of a corporation’s struggle for sustainable competition advantage. In order to make the theory, which is originated in developed countries, available to guide Chinese corporations, the author puts forward the four-level growth model of the core competence of Chinese corporations, which is based on the division of the market scope of a corporation’s competitive advantage. Having distinguished between a corporation’s core competence and a corporation’s comprehensive competence , the dissertation, based on existing researches , expounds the characteristics and framework of discerning core competence, in which methods and indexes are especially concerned. This dissertation also summarizes the model for fostering the core competence of corporation, probes into the working mechanism of technological innovation , interior integration, acquisition and strategic alliance. Based on the investigations of corporations in Sichuan province, the author finally researches into the approaches to foster and enhance the core competence of Sichuan corporations against the challenges of the entry into WTO of China.更多还原
