芪桂益脉灵抗快速心律失常的临床与实验研究

【摘要】 临床观察芪桂益脉灵治疗快速心律失常,设胺碘酮为对照组。在症状改善方面,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。对心律失常治疗方面,治疗组对心律失常的总有效率80%,略低于对照组有效率84%,经统计学处理,二者无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗各类心律失常疗效比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。改善心脏功能,治疗组观察治疗前后每搏量、射血分数及心脏指数变化三项指标比较有不同程度的提高(P<0.05),说明治疗组可以改善左室功能,具有保护心功能的作用。安全指标测定,治疗组对心率略有降低作用(P>0.05),未出现心脏及心外系统的副作用,具有安全、有效,无毒付作用,适合长期口服防治心律失常。 实验观察芪桂益脉灵可预防氯仿—肾上腺素诱发大白鼠的心律失常,与生理盐水组比较明显延长心律失常发生时间(P<0.01),缩短窦性心律恢复时间(P<0.05),与胺碘酮作用结果相似。 芪桂益脉灵能延长大白鼠对西地兰的中毒时间(P<0.01),并提高了大白鼠对西地兰的耐受时间(P<0.01)与生理盐水组相比有显著差异;与胺碘酮比较,对西地兰的中毒时间二者无显著差异(P>0.05),但能提高了大白鼠对西地兰的耐受时间(P<0.01)。 芪桂益脉灵对大白鼠冠脉结扎诱发心律失常有明显的预防作用,抑制心律失常发生,并提高动物的存活时间。并有抗自由基作用,结果超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著下降(P<0.05),提高ATP酶,减轻或消除心肌细胞因氧自由基所致的一系列损伤,保护心肌细胞超微结构,改善心肌代谢,提高心肌耐缺血、缺氧能力。同时证实了,冠脉结扎诱发心律失常可引起心肌细胞凋亡,并认为本药具有抑制细胞调亡及心肌保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Qiguiyimailing(QGYML) on patients with tachy-arrhythmia and detect its mechanic on rats.Materials and methods: 110 patients were randomly devided into treating group and contrasting group which were given QGYML and western medicine.In the experimental research,medicine indce arrhythmia. Coronary artery ligating indce arrhythnia.Results:QGYML can alleviate the symptoms of patients, reduce the rate of tachy-arrhythmia,QGYML can also improve the heart function including cardiac output,ejection fraction and cardiac index.The research had not found ’toxic and side effects of QGYML.In the experimental research,QGYML can prevent tachy-arrhythmia caused by adrenaline in rats,prolong the living time after ligating the coronary artery.lt can also resist the damnification caused by oxygen free radical,improve avidity of SOD and ATP,decrease the content of MDA,preventing myocardial cells from apoptosis,protect the ultra-micro construction of myocardiol, betterment myocardial metabolization.ConcIusion:QGYML is an effective drug in treating tachy-arrhythmia, it can decrease the incidence of tachy-arrhythmia through many ways.Its effects is better than Amiodarone and its toxic and side-effects lower than Amiodarone.
